Moaning in her sleep?

Kiera has been moaning off and on all night tonight and off and on last night. I suspect it's her teeth, but I haven't been going in there because if she is sleeping, I don't want to fully wake her if she's in pain. But maybe it's a sleep regression, I don't know. I'm I being heartless?

Emery is a moaner too. Unless she is talking or crying I leave her be. Maybe give her some aleve before bed tomorrow?

I only go in if she's all put crying. Do you give her anything before bed? We have been giving ibuprofen because her molars are coming in and I think it helps her sleep much better.

Bryson does it too and it drives me nuts! I finally broke down and got a video monitor and I've been able to put together some patterns. He's either teething or having issues with his sinuses OR he's dreaming. Most of the time when he does it, he's sound asleep! I don't go in unless I know he's awake and then, I try to soothe with water first. That usually does the trick.

I'd given her ibuprofen before bed. In the past when I knew she was teething I've gone in there to give her a dose of medicine and she was asleep. Last night she was really moaning loudly and so often I finally went in there. She was full on awake. I changed her out of her fleece jammies since it seemed really stuffy when I went in there. I gave her some Tylenol. Then she really started crying, so I picked her up and rocked her for a bit. I thought she fell asleep so I put her back down but nope, she was awake so I laid on the bed (she still sleeps in our room but I sleep on the couch). Finally I left and she was still awake but she went back to sleep. She woke again at 3:30 but fell back asleep, then was up again at 5. I really hope these teeth are coming soon.

I'm like PPs, unless I know she's really awake I don't go in because I don't want to wake her. Plus, she talks in her sleep (apparently takes after me), so it really takes a lot. It sounds like you did what was needed and got her and gave snuggles when she needed them. Teeth are evil things!

Yes, we actually have a song called, "My toofies are bein' dicks."

My mom says she seems okay today, wanted a snack the second I left despite having a huge breakfast. She also took a good morning nap which she has not been doing. I think last night seemed unusual because it just wouldn't stop. She's gotten all her teeth early, she just has these last four to go, and for the most part the process hasn't been that bad. So I hope this is all it is and those teeth pop soon.

Maybe she's having a growth spurt too, if she's still trying to eat after being fed? When Charlie is in the middle of a growth spurt she will randomly wake up and want held then.
