? regarding nannies who bring their kids to the job

We're still looking for the perfect nanny for when I go back to work.  I got a lot of responses from very qualified SAHM who would like to nanny to earn some extra money, but would like to bring their child with them.

 I was just wondering how this type of situation worked out.  I guess it would be fun for DS to have a playmate.  But my concern is would the nanny still be able to give DS the attention he needs (especially if her child is also under 1).

    The lady that takes care of my DD actually advertised for an infant (how I found her) after agreeing to take care of a friend's child.  This would allow the kids to interact.  It has worked wonderfully for us.  The other LO is one month older than DD.

    How do you think mothers of twins do it?  It's definitely possible to give two babies the attention they need.

    I work in a home daycare and bring DD and now DS. It has helped DD learn to share and play well with other kids of all ages. I really like it. And the lady's DD stays with me, she just asked me to take extra time with her DD.

    I am considering this situation too - I am worried that my ds will always get second best treatment.  If both babies cry at the same time - isn't the nanny going to respond to her's first?  Other than that, I'm okay with someone handling the work load.
