About 7 weeks. I think that's a blueberry if that?

We saw a heart beat this week which was amazing! I haven't stopped praying and the ultrasound tech I am sure thought I was all kinds of crazy because I cried before she got started. The heart rate was on the lower side so of course I was nervous but my RE told me that it was great that we saw one and that it probably recently started up. It was measuring about four days behind what I thought it would be but again she isn't concerned. We have a follow up ultrasound in a couple of weeks to make sure that things are progressing.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions?
Tons of morning sickness and not able to stomach much food at all.

I don't have anything planned and would love to know what others are doing.

Feeling very grateful that we saw a heartbeat so at least I could breathe for a day. I am trying to take it a day at a time. The NT scan is my next huge hurdle since we lost our baby girl to a terminal diagnosis. I am terrified that it could happen again but again taking it day by day because I realize that I have absolutely no control of what the future holds for this pregnancy.
How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? 9w 4or5d? Can't remember. Z dropped my iPhone in a glass of water so its busted. I had my pg tracker on there... :-(
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones?
Just had my first OB appt yesterday! Next u/s is booked for Oct.24th, next OB appt is Oct28th.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions?
My OB prescribed Diclectin for me yesterday. I took one last night and woke up with NO morning sickness!! Love this stuff!! Its great to finally have some relief. Still feel super exhausted tho.

I have to work all day on October 15th and wont get home till probably after 9pm. I do plan on asking DH to light Ian's candle at 7pm so that I can see it already burning when I get home.

I'm really sad that Z has possibly destroyed my iPhone. I have it sitting in a bag of rice right now so FX that it works. Also, this weekend is Thanksgiving!! Excited to have turkey!!
How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? 17 weeks 1 day, an onion.
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? My a/s is in less than two weeks, I cannot wait to see LO again, make sure he or she is ok and whether it is a he or she.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? I still gag a little from time to time, and I'm dying for pepsi, all the time. But that's mostly because I cannot have it with my GD.
QOTW: Are you planning anything special for October 15th on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day? We bought a special candle holder, it's a set of hands made out of clay forming a heart with it's fingers and there is a spot for a fake tea light, and also has a butterfly stuck on the hands. We'll light that in honor of the remembrance day. I also plan to post something on facebook....everyone knows of our loss, but many do not know we had an early loss a year before. I'm nervous to tell the world, but my hope is to help break the silence and spread awareness.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Since hitting 17 weeks, I've become more nervous. For some reason in my mind, 17 weeks is the beginning of the worry period for me. My loss wasn't until 22 weeks, but I guess I feel like I am close enough now that things could start to go wrong. But I did have my first cervical measurement the other day and it was 4.4 cm, so at least we're starting out good!
My Pregnancy/Parenting BLOG TTC since 5/2011, BFP #1 12/3/11, M/C 12/7/11 @ 4wks 2d. Began seeing RE Sep 2012. October 2012 Metformin 1500 mg= ovulation on CD34 BFP#2 11/14/12 9DPO, EDD 7/26/13, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks, our angel born sleeping 3/24/13 @ 22wks 2d. BFP #3 7/4/13 8DPO EDD 3/22/14, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks. started insulin @16 wks. Our rainbow, born 3/19/14 @ 39wks 6d., we're so in love!

Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? Hitting a good patch. Dont have morning sickness or anything and have some energy.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? We are moving and hope to have our house for sale by next week.
How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? Very new, just 5 weeks along, our little appleseed.
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? I had my diagnostic appt with the OB this past Wednesday, and have my 1st prenatal visit next Friday. OB has me keeping a daily BP chart because it was a little elevated in the office. He kept emphasizing the importance of staying calm, but I am not sure he realizes how much easier said than done that is!
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? Nothing yet, but it is still really early.
QOTW: Are you planning anything special for October 15th on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day? My hospital will be holding a memorial service and DH and our parents will be attending. I am also working on a memorial candle for Izzie to light this year and hopefully for years to come. Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I am thrilled to be pregnant again, but I am also so scared. Scared for something to go wrong again and scared about being a parent to both Izzie and another child. This was our first cycle NTNP, so I was a bit surprised by the BFP, even though it is what I wanted. Now that it is becoming more and more real, the anxiety is starting to set in.
How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? I'll be 25 weeks on Sunday. Holy crap. No clue on the fruit.
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Things are quiet for the next week, then I have my GTT, my OB the following week, and back to MFM the first week of November.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? I've been having some stupid crazy dreams. I have no clue what's going on. It's getting hard to bend over and pick up things, and I can definitely feel her moving around more.
QOTW: Are you planning anything special for October 15th on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day? We'll light candles during the Wave of Light, and I'll wear blue in memory of Devon. I'm also going to blog and post his picture, sharing it with the world for the first time ever. I'm so nervous about that. I wish we had a local event, but we don't.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I really wanted to do Capture Your Grief this year, but I started it the first day and hyperventilated. I'm so torn between staying positive for this pregnancy and grieve my loss...and I feel like a bad mom for not doing Capture Your Grief this year. I just can't handle it emotionally, even though I thought I could. And I just had a good friend from college lose her miracle baby [doctors never thought she'd get pregnant because of health concerns] at 23 weeks, and she's been reaching out to me. I'm definitely going to be there for her, but it's opening up all the grief I felt when I lost Devon, and it's made me an emotional mess. Sigh.
18w6d and I believe baby is a sweet potato.
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones?
Yesterday I had a cervix check and our anatomy scan. My cervix had shortened significantly since last week and had some funneling. I was checked into L&D last night and got a rescue cerclage this morning. Baby is doing great and besides being crampy I am doing well as well. Dr was very optimistic about the cerclage.

At this point I don't know. I am so focused on this pregnancy at the moment with everything happening yesterday and today.

Getting this baby boy to term. Dr seems to think it will happen so I am very hopeful.
Edit: uh baby is a sweet POTATO, not a sweet pea. Geez.

Had U/S today - baby looks great! (Was measuring ahead - 13w1d!!) and NT is a good number (not sending blood work in) next appt with OB on the 31.

The headaches started this week (about the same time they did with the triplets)... Ugh!

I teach high school choir and planned a concert that day back in the spring (not even knowing about the day...) but the babies names are being read at a local ceremony and since I can't light candles at 7, I bought Flameless candles that I'm going to put out on our front steps when I leave for work so they'll be shining all day!!

I'm so happy the U/S went well and it seems the SCH is cleared up!

22w3d size of a Papaya!

I have my regular OB appt on Monday. They will also check my cervix again. That's a bi-weekly thing.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions?
I have SPD and it is so painful. Especially at night. Also really bad hip pain.

I'm just waiting to hit that 24 week mark. In about a week and a half we will be there. I know anything can happen still, but I'm glad to know that if she did come after that, the doctors can do everything they can for her.

6/12 Femara (2 rounds)no response
8/12 1st round Gonal F and 2 follies = BFN
9/12 2nd round injects and 3 follies = BFP!
10/15 11dpo beta#1 = 162 10/17 beta #2 = 471 1st U/S: Quads!!!
1/13 Baby A ruptured membranes, our angels Jaxon, Jayse, Emersyn, and Ellee were born @ 17 weeks
5/13 Gonal F with 1 follie - BFP! EDD - 2/11/14
How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? Well, I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow so I'll go with that. That means its a prune I guess.
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Nothing for a few more weeks.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? My boobs are so incredibly sore. I really wish they grew in direct proportion to the pain I feel. I'd have gone up at least 3 cup sizes instead of just becoming a full B.
QOTW: Are you planning anything special for October 15th on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day? I honestly hadn't really thought about it. We're actually leaving for vacation on Tuesday. We did go out to the cemetery this afternoon and planted bulbs to come up in the spring when Elliott and Ryland were due.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I'm still really nervous about having twins again. I'm also really starting to freak out about having a cerclage placed in 4 weeks and having a spinal placed for that. I'm just scared about it.
