T&P's please... UPDATED

DH is at work and just called because he is having a ton of kidney failure symptoms suddenly and despite taking all of his medication, his blood pressure is back within stroke ranges. He is freaked out and scared, and I don't know what to do for him. He is calling his nephrologist, but I would really appreciate your T&P's. He doesn't want anyone IRL to know yet because we obviously don't know what this means etc. thanks.

UPDATE: DH talked with the on call nephrologist and she had him increase his BP meds and told him that he has to watch his BP for the next two days. If by Monday his BP is still in stroke range then he has to call the doc. She said that while the symptoms are concerning because he still has his cognitive function he will have to wait and talk to his doctor on Monday. He is scared and that scares me, but for right now we are in a holding pattern until Monday.
