12 week Appointment

So if you've had an appointment at exactly 12 weeks, what all do they do?  I know there's going to be a ton of bloodwork and a pap smear but not sure what else.

    Every doctor seems to do something different.   Ours was an ultrasound with some pictures printed out, and the nurse practitioner asking me how I was feeling.  Didn't even see a doctor or midwife, and there was no internal exam (but I had just had a pap done a few days before getting pregnant).   

    The best way to know what they will do at your appointment is to call and ask.
