As a STM, I feel like I should know the answer, but I didn't have morning sickness at all with my first so this is new territory for me. I'm 12w3d pregnant, and I've had moderate nausea this pregnancy, but never actually threw up. Today about 30 minutes to an hour after lunch it hit me hard, and I just HAD to throw up. Badly. My whole lunch. I felt fine immediately afterward (not even any lingering nausea), and it hasn't happened since. But should I be concerned? Anyone have any experience with random bouts of vomiting this late in first tri? TIA.
