Opinion Rant

I know this is talked about all the time but I just had two people throw their unsolicited opinions my way. We live about 150 feet from a consignment shop and wanted to go check to see if they had anything fun. The owner and a friend were standing outside of it and one decided to tell me to watch the sun in his eyes (they were closed and I was blocking the sun) and the other told me that he needs a hat. Its 80 degrees here right now and its not like I'm going to be standing in the sun.. I live across the street and I'm walking right back over there when we leave. And when did my son become any of your concern? Sorry again but I needed to get it out.

People will always have an opinion. When they choose to voice it though I ALWAYS have a smart remark.

Remember all the people who said "Just wait..." When we were pregnant? I think it's those same people giving us this unsolicited advice. I may start pretending not to speak English.

I had my baby in her stroller with the sun shade down, I was told that my baby was going to blister in the hot sun. Ha

Unwelcome opinions are super fun. Once a lady at old navy was appalled that I didn't put socks on my (first) baby's feet when it was 99 degrees outside.
