He usually will have a short nap around 4-4:30. He is always up by 5pm. His bedtime is between 7:00-7:30 so it ends up working out perfectly. We are at 3 naps per day still (unless his day is a little thrown off).

He usually goes down from 4-5 for his last nap. For the past couple nights if we don't start his bedtime routine by 6, he goes into complete meltdown mode. He is usually asleep by 6:30.
yesterday his nap started at 4p, he woke up at 6:30. Bedtime was at 8. If his nap time is different and he sleeps, say, 4-5, I've tried adjusting his bedtime, but he gets overtired if it's not 8p for bedtime routine. His last two nap times vary slightly, but bedtime stays the same no matter what
If it's a three-nap day, last nap is usually 3:30 to 4 or so and he is in bed between 6 and 6:30. If it's a two-nap day (basically if Nap 2 is 2+ hours long), that nap runs from 1-3 or so and he is still in bed between 6 and 6:30.
I tend to work off of how long he has been awake rather than what time it is.

We don't have a set schedule still. DS usually takes 2-4 naps a day, depending on how well he naps. We try not to keep him up for more than 2 hours at a time. Some nights he takes a nap at 5:30/6pm and we start our bedtime routine at 6:30. There have been times DS is still napping at 6:30 and I will wake him to do him normal routine. He doesn't give us a problem going back to bed for the night.
He's usually up from a nap around 4. We start bedtime routine at 7 and try to have him asleep in his crib by 8.
I would love if Will could be awake for more than 2 hours without turning into a complete bear! 2 hours I'd out max too. I push it to 3 hours sometimes but I have to do a whole circus act every 15 mins just to keep him from losing it.
We still don't have a nap schedule. She will take 2 naps a day, once in the morning(9-10), and once in the afternoon(1-3). They last anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Rarely she will take a 3rd nap around 530pm. Bedtime is at 8:30pm, unless she falls asleep earlier which happens on occasion.
