What do you cook for meat for your LO? DH eats meat but I do not so I am kind of at a loss. We do a lot of stuff on the grill, steak, pork chops, etc but I was looking for other ideas.
We are not vegetarians, but we eat very little meat. So DD eats very little meat, too. If we grill something, we give her some, but otherwise we try to make sure she gets a wide variety of other foods.

DH is a big meat lover, but i cook mostly vegetarian at home (and also don't eat red meat). we did have to up the meat for DS though because he was anemic at his 9 month appointment. i am trying to only buy organic/humanely raised meat.
i think ground meat is most convenient and easiest for DS to eat. and the leftovers freeze well. DS loves picadillo, turkey meatballs, meat sauce, mild chili and meatloaf. i usually make them with ground turkey and then i can eat them as well, but sometimes DH will make chili or something with beef.
I am not completely vegetarian, but I eat very little meat. I particularly hate handling raw meat and cooking it. I find it easiest to tolerate preparing meat in the crock pot-chicken and dumplings, pork tenderloin, beef roast. I throw some vegetables in too and it's always really tender and easy for Kate to eat.
I've been vegetarian for 9 years, and DH eats meat. Sometimes I'll have fish. DS eats the same as I do, so we mostly make vegetarian meals. We use the gardein brand if we want something special, we all love it!
We are not vegetarian, but Charlotte seems to be. She loves beans as her main protein. She will eat some braised meat, but not much. At restaurants, she has eaten salmon and tofu and loved both. I need t learn how to cook tofu for her at home!
Re: Vegetarian moms
LO eats paleo/primal at home, but at daycare he eats whatever they serve.

DH also loves feeding DS burgers at shake shack.
