It's still VERY early. Don't worry, the other symptoms will sneak up on you and hit you like a ton of bricks. I don't think I started morning sickness last time until 7-8 weeks and had it until 18 weeks.
Married DH - December 2006,
Started TTC - July 2009,
BFP - May 15, 2011 (round #1 chlomid)
All the books say, for all of pregnancy, "you may have one, some, all, or none of these symptoms." I found it very frustrating. Being pregnant is, apparently, not an exact science!
Unfortunately I had total and complete fatigue in the weeks prior to getting pregnant. So for me I am still totally and completely exhausted!! On Friday I started needing to go to the bathroom every two hours!!!! Like full bladder every two hours! I generally go 8-10 between breaks! I am going to have to increase our TP budget for the next 8 months!
I'm always tired anyway, maybe slightly more so now but not a huge difference. I also have slight breast tenderness, but nothing too extreme. I had actually gotten a BFN three days before I tested and got my BFP and the ONLY reason I tested again was because I literally had no symptoms (aside from the breast tenderness) of pregnancy or AF, and I can usually feel my period for about a week before it shows up.
I had no symptoms with either of my DDs either, except with my younger one I couldn't keep prenatals down to save my life. If I took one, I threw up. If I didn't take one there was no throwing up.
With my first I only had sore boobs and fatigue, with this one I have been nauseated since before I even got my BFP! Seriously, be thankful you don't have this all day morning sickness, it's the pits. I keep telling DH that this one is going to be a handful since he/she is giving me this many problems already lol.
I've just been crampy and really tired with some slight nausea at night. All pretty tolerable so far. I'm glad I'm not the only one with mild symptoms. :-) Makes me feel a little better.
Re: Only fatigue?
Sometimes I feel sick but that's really my only symptom. And all is going well
