I think they do when they are newborn. Connor's legs have grown wings and have gotten so long. I remember when his calf muscle was the size of the tip of my thumb.
My baby isn't that 'rolly' or 'chubby', which is funny considering how much he weighs.
I guess it depends on your definition. My girls feet look like they are swcrewed into their legs in that they have a seam all around their ankles. Same with their wrists. But in neither case do they roll over the "seam".
TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
Mine doesn't. She has long legs too- wears 9 or 12 month pants but still 3-6 month tops and onesies. I just wish I didn't have cankles... (
This is my LO too, he gets it from me though. People always tell me that my top doesn't match my bottom half or I always get "you have really big legs to be so thin" gee thanks

Well then, my girsl have an ankle, and my son did too, but less so. My neighbor's first son definitely had cankles
