We EBF. I think one of the reasons I nursed DS1 so long (15 months) was b/c of our 'if mum's home then mum nurses policy.' Ditto having higher output in on Monday than on Friday.
DD1 never ever got a bottle if I was around. Schedule is really more a bout when though, right? You could maintain that. But babies know when mom is around and usually behave differently, so usually not a problem for you to have a diff schedule to a certain extent

If it were me I might keep the schedule, but trial and error, yo. See what ends up working.
