For all the 40+ weekers and those debating induction I found this helpful!
I'm worried I'm going to go past my due date and I have heard scary stories about how this can be dangerous. This article addressed many of my concerns with seemingly good info! Hope it helps a few of you!

Re: Great article about giving your body time to go into labor naturally...
So yeah. I'm the last person that will tell someone to jump on induction. But if you do go over, I hope you are at least getting proper monitoring and not just waiting just to wait.
And she has no foundation for assuming she would have ended in a c/s if she had been under OB care. Not all inductions lead to c/s.
And for every anecdotal story like this, there is also one to support the other side. So when it comes down to it, you have to do what is best for you.
I wasn't really annoyed until I got to the OB comment. And I don't think most of what she said is bad or anything. But every woman is different and needs to do what's best for them IMO. Waiting to 42 weeks is not safe for everyone.
I didn't read it simply because of the name of the link. If it said OBs/MDs/Midwives with babies then maybe I would have.
