Dumb food question (be my google)

Can my kid eat raw seafood yet? Sushi? Shellfish?  I want to go out for oysters tomorrow night. Not that she would actually eat them, but I figure I should know if I ca share or not. 

Kid #1 - 09/03/12
Kid #2 - maybe???
Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans 
Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
#11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh

    I thought so, as long as there are no shellfish allergies in your family. At this point I think the only thing off limits is nuts, right?

    My pedi just told me at the one year appt. that LO is free to eat anything now. I haven't really researched what he said but I'm guessing it's true!

    Our doctor told us all foods are free game now unless there are allergies in the family, she included nuts.

    hmm...my grandmother is allergic to shellfish. Not in a throat closing kind of way, just hives usually, but I guess I should hold off a little longer. Maybe we will start small and go for lunch instead.

    We were told whole nuts more because they are a choking hazzard I think, not because of allergy reasons.

    Ha! Well I don't frequent hole in the wall places with the baby and definitely wouldn't eat there - only drink.  ;)
