Exchanging diapers?

Has anyone exchanged diapers at any of the big baby stores without a receipt? I think DS is ready for a size up (he's started leaking) and we have a few small packs of the smaller size left (DH insisted on buying bulk and it was delivered a week later than we expected). I'd love to trade them in for the bigger size. Any stores do this if you haven't purchased them there?

    I have heard Walmart and BRU will take them with no receipt.

    I did it at Wal-Mart last week. As long as what you exchange is the same price you're good.

    You can do this at Target, but be aware that you can only return $70 worth of merch in a year's time without a receipt. That's why you have to show your ID - they record your returns under your name.

    Interesting...I'll be sure to split returns between DH and I if this is the case.

    I exchanged it at rite aid. At first, they wanted to charge me an extra $1 and change because it was on sale within the last 30 days. The cashier ended up giving it to me since it was an even exchange anyway.

    Walmart is the easiest place to return an item without a receipt as long as they carry the product they will take it back.

    At Target, there was something I was able to print out (not the registry, but there was another option within my registry screen at the kiosk and I can not for the life of me remember what it was. Maybe the list of stuff people had already bought?) and even though that item didn't show up as purchased, the system let me return it without it counting against me. Maybe you could ask what you should print?
