Random TTC Poll

So DH pulled the goalie last cycle and when we did we agreed that in no way did we want it to be like our first time TTC, stressful and constantly thinking about it. So we decided to just see what happens, my issue is that the first time we TTC, I gave up everything because I might be pregnant and after three years of no caffeine, alcohol, etc we finally got pregnant. This time I am trying to at least be responsible, but I really don't want to think about it constantly or stress, so question is what changes did you make while TTC, if any? I did not make any changes while TTC. I still took my prenatal vitamins since I was BF'ing Alex up until we started trying again. But I also still drink coffee every day while pregnant and even the occasional glass of wine.

I took prenatals. That was about the only thing I did differently from normal life. I tracked my periods so I knew when I was late and would test early. I spent a lot of money on hpt's. I usually didn't drink during the last 2 weeks before my period, but I actually did drink the night I got my bfp with DS. We had the absolute worst timing (or so I thought) and we had decided to TTA so we could take a trip to Jamaica. Oops! I would say that DS turned out fine but we all know that's not true

jk his issues were obviously not related. Just go with the flow, because I would hate to see you stressed constantly. That's no life to live.

thanks ladies! i appreciate the support as always, because i really do feel like its crazy to change all these things when the chances of us getting ku with fertility are probably slim to none anyway and if we do then i'll modify once we know. so here goes my crazy type A self trying to be cool and just go with the flow! @-T- very glad to hear little man came through surgery and that the rest of the time in the hospital goes quickly!,,

I didn't give up alcohol until my medicated cycles and even then I drank during AF. I am not a big coffee drinker but I did continue to enjoy my diet coke. I did cut back on exercise. I was running 30-40 miles a week prior to TTC DD so I switched to yoga, cycling, and shorter runs (3 miles instead of 6-7).
