Today is DS's nissen fundo surgery. Would love all the extra T & P everyone has to offer. We are all so tired and nervous. I'm hoping it goes smoothly and there's not a lot of scar tissue to work around. We just gave him to the nurse to bring to surgery and are expecting a 3-4 hour surgery. I'll keep you all posted as we're updated.
Update: surgery went well. The torture is over! It took 3 hours just as planned.
The dr said there was no alarming instances during the surgery. No times that he thought he made a wrong incision. What good news!
DS is in a fair amount of pain and his stomach is quite swollen but we just got to the Peds floor and got a good pain management plan so I'm hoping for a restful day. No food into tummy today, start small tomorrow and best case scenario is home in 4 days. I packed for a week because DS likes to take it slow, so we're prepared. Thanks for all your prayers today! We are so relieved to have one more surgery behind us.

Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man. Born 12/2/11
TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended
Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good. Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.
Back with RE as of January 2014...
