Pumping amount

I started pumping this week after LOs 8-9ish am feeding. The past four days I've gotten 4-5 oz total from 5-10 minutes of pumping on each side. This morning I'm BARELY getting 2oz total. Any idea why this might be and/or what I can do about it?

Output can vary each day. Maybe lo ate more this morning, or maybe you were a bit dehydrated. I wouldn't worry too much unless it becomes a pattern, and even then I'd only sorry if you aren't producing enough to meet the needs of your lo.

I usually pump 2 oz each breast for 20 minutes.... on occasion I pump 1 oz a breast..... it just depends......
