Was your hunch right?

Ok I just got back from my A/S and after changing my mind five times we found out the baby's gender. I was pretty much 100% sure it was a girl, as was my five year old, for no good reason really- just a hunch.
Anyway, my hunch was correct!
This happened with both my other children too.
Anyone else had a correct or incorrect hunch?!?

Thought my first was a girl... My mom and husband I were are convinced... Nope genus all boy all the time! I feel different with this pregnancy than with him. My husband agrees it feels different too, thinking this one may the girl we thought we were having before.

I was convinced DD was a boy. This time I think it's a boy too but only because the tech at the NT scan said the angle of the genital tube makes her think it's a boy. My AS isn't even scheduled yet so I have to wait to see if she was right.

I had a feeling that it was a boy, but it turns out I'm having a girl. On the other hand, the Chinese gender predictor was right! ;-)

I have this gut instinct that I am having a baby! Turns out I was right

I have no idea the gender I am a late marcher so I have to wait a few more weeks to find out. With my boys I had no clue either, maybe that's a clue???

I was sure that B was a boy from day 1( with a moment or two of thinking girl), he is a boy.
This time from the beginning it was girl 100%, two days ago I had a boy dream and now I think I am having a boy. I feel it in my gut that it's a boy, but a week ago I would have said girl lol.

I didn't have a "hunch" persay, but I so very badly wanted a girl that I was constantly telling myself it was a boy. Turned out to be a girl though and I couldn't be more ecstatic!

With my twins I thought for sure I was having 2 boys. I had dreams about it, that's what my hunch said, etc. If anything it would be b/g. g/g didn't even cross my mind, lol. And that's what I have!

With this one I'm sort of thinking another girl, but who knows. Obviously my intuition is terrible.

No, I was sure this one was a girl. He's a boy. Actually, I wouldn't call it a hunch but probably more desire than anything. I have 4 boys and one girl and I wanted to give my daughter a sister, so I think I mostly wished him to be a girl. I only ever had a hunch one time--my second child. I knew he was a boy and could see him from about 3 months pregnant. He was in fact a boy and he looked (and still looks) exactly how I imagined. I didn't have a hunch for any of my others.

Mine was and about 15 other people who knew it was a girl and it was! Chinese gender chart was right, too (I know, but still)

For some reason I felt like I was having a boy, but this is my first baby so I have no other pregnancy to compare to this one. We found out that we are indeed having a BOY! So my hunch was right.

I have only been right with my first. But she is the only one I had a strong feeling. I just knew she was a girl. With my 2nd and with this one I have no strong feelings.

Yep! At about 7 weeks I suddenly proclaimed to my husband that I was 98% sure it was a boy. I didn't know why, but I just knew. All of the gender tests - string test, Chinese gender chart, etc, said girl - but according to our tech, we're expecting a boy and I was right!

I felt from very early on (like 4-5 weeks) that it was a boy. As time passed I would find myself thinking maybe it could be a girl (I mean there IS a 50-50 chance!), but I would always catch myself calling the baby "he" ... Also I had 3 dreams with a gorgeous baby boy. DH and his dad both thought girl. But I was right! And also Chinese gender chart was wrong

now I just can't wait to see if he really looks like the baby boy in my dreams

Hi, I'm lurking from the April board (my EDD just got moved up to March 30). This kind of stuff fascinates me! Sometime in the last couple of decades, Johns Hopkins did a study like this and found that educated women who have a "hunch" are right 72% of the time, or something. FASCINATING. I should Google it and link it so you don't think I'm making that up, but I'm too lazy.

Anyway, just to add my two cents, with my DS we were team green, but I had a dream he was a boy, and felt all along he was a boy, and of course turned out to be right. This time I have had a couple of girl dreams, but I'm afraid to put too much stock in them because I want a girl so badly I don't want to be disappointed if it turns out to be boy. Let you know Nov. 12!

I am curious as to what they define an educated woman. Either way I have heard that if you have a hunch it is like 70% chance that is what your having. New clue where I heard that from though.

I go back and forth. Each time I think one way or the other, I'm ABSOLUTELY sure, lol! I thought girl right at the beginning and then switched to boy about 8 weeks. Thought boy for a long time, then thought girl again about 13 weeks. Last night I dreamed about having a boy. In the dream, the kid was like 9 months old. That's the first baby dream I've had where I could tell the gender.

I won't find out until November! *sigh*

My hunch was right too. I felt it was a girl and my hubby and son said it was a girl too. We're all so excited to have our hunch confirmed. Can't wait to meet our baby girl.

I thought girl until the night before my NT scan - had a dream that in the US, the angle of the dangle was straight and as we looked, it poked straight up, like a boner happening on the u/s. Sure enough, at the NT scan they guessed boy, and we are having a boy! I was thinking girl before that dream though and all the OWT said girl.
