So this isn't a question on timing or anything... Bc that is all jacked up with a 5 week old. BUT my dilemma is I have major issues supporting my back for nighttime feedings. On top of it all he has to be upright as possible for 30 mins bc of bad reflux.
My LO is hooked up to an apnea machine so it's hard to travel far to feed him when he's fussing and i have to unplug if, lop it over my shoulder, find all the cords etc.
So I have been sleeping on the recliner but I am not sleeping well and I just want to lay down!!
I have a bad lower back so I need good support. I tried stacking a bunch of pillows behind me in bed and that isn't enough support and the elevation isn't enough. I bought a back wedge and slide off the end so thus the elevation doesn't do it again.
Any ideas ladies? Thanks!
PS where are the insomnia threads? Everyone's having a baby! Yey!
