Labor and delivery!

in December 2013 Moms
Called the on call doctor about what I thought to be a bladder infection and told him my symptoms and he said to come in to labor delivery. Hoping everything is okay! Needing some entertainment to pass the time! ;)

    Right now I'm waiting to talk to the doctor, they are monitoring baby girls heartbeat and she's definitely moving around a lot! Doctor said that bladder infections is one of the number one signs of preterm delivery so he told me not to wait and to come in tonight! Better safe than sorry!

    That's what I thought too! I was pretty surprised when he told me to come in tonight! I thought it could atleast wait until my Wednesday doctors appointment! Oh well..

    They are common but if left untreated or if they are reoccurring they can lead to pre-term labor. If you have a UTI or bladder infection and you get it treated there's nothing to worry about. Usually your OB will have you give a urine sample for testing at each appointment so they can test for any infection, therefore highly cutting the risk for an untreated bladder infection. 

    Better to be safe though! Hope everything goes well @Lpegirl2013

    Hope everything is ok. I was in L&D earlier this week because I was worried about fluid leaking. Turns out I probably just peed myself, but hey, better safe than sorry!
