Gluten and wheat free meal

I have to make a meal for 10-12 people that can be easily transported. I was thinking lasagna, but just found out one of the people needed gluten and wheat free food.

Anyone have a great easily transportable gluten and wheat free recipe that I could make to serve a large group?

    What about chilli? That's my go to when we have group dinners, and we have one gluten free friend.

    I agree with chili, but a side note...there are gluten free lasagna noodles :)

    Thanks! I think we are going to go with chili. I wasn't sure if gluten free and wheat free was the same. I didn't want to accidentally cook something that would make them sick.
