  I have my second ultrasound tomorrow. I'm so nervous! I've never felt this nervous about a scan before. We'll be able to look at gender. I can't wait, I want to jump out of my skin with anticipation!

  Hi!  30w3d  Boys are doing fine, I'm now on the "see the doctor every 2 weeks" schedule so will be seeing her this coming Wednesday.  Last week I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes.  I had done the 3 hour test after failing the first one.  I was fine after 1 hour, then failed hours 2 & 3.  So, I saw a dietician who said I'm not eating enough carbs and not enough meals.  Here I thought I was supposed to stay away from carbs!  Not completely I know, but they've got me eating a bunch more than I was before.  Also only testing my blood 1 hour after eating.  That's the time frame I passed before, I failed the 2 hour test.  I see her again this coming Wednesday and will question that.  I am currently not taking any pills or shots for the GD, but will if needed.  Anything to ensure these 2 bundles are healthy.   

  Still experiencing horrible back spasm-like pain, but only on the right side right in the middle of my back (going up and down).  Some days I just want to cry it hurts so bad.  Laying on the floor is the only thing that seems to help, but then my hip and shoulder ache after a while, so I switch sides only to have that side hurt.  I know it will get better but I'd sure like it to get better soon!

  I am 22w5d today - just counting down to 24 weeks where I will breathe a mini sigh of relief.   But everything has been going well so far - my cervix is long and closed (3.9) too.   I have a fetal echo tomorrow morning - so hopefully everything looks good with that too. 
  
  QOTW:  A MoM that had her twins last year gave me her Halloween t-shirt the one that is the skeleton with the two baby skeletons at the bottom.   I'm looking forward to wearing it to work and to hand out candy that night.   Otherwise we really don't dress up for Halloween.

  Latest News:

  24 weeks and 4 days - Just updated after our growth scan today - everything is looking good, weighing in at 1lb 6 oz each I feel like CRAPOLA - I've had a head cold for a few days now, and coughing up a storm. Sucks to not be able to take anything for it. 

  
  

  Next appointments:

  Regular OB appointment next week, I am sure that will be routine, then another mfm in 5 weeks. Kind of in the boring stage I guess! Thankful for that though. 

  
  

  QOTW: 

  MH came up with the best costume for me: I am dressing as the Wolf in the Red Riding Hood story, complete with grandma's pajamas and cap - so my belly is from after the wolf eats grandma lol. What is awesome about this costume is that I will get to wear pajamas all night lol.

  Josie was 5lbs2oz, Lexie was 4lbs15oz 

  Both had a 9 APGAR score with no NICU time

  Planned unscheduled C-Section due to both being breech

  We all went home on Jan 6th, 2 days after surgery

  My babies will be here next week! I have a C-section scheduled for a week from this Friday. I'm 36 weeks 2 days today, still working and suffering from horrible back pain. I'm super nervous about the c-section, but I'm so over this pregnancy. Everything looked good on this morning's NST. I'm pretty much ready; just waiting for them to arrive.
  
  QOTW: We won't be doing much. They have little skeleton sleepers, but we'll wait until next year to really get into Halloween.

  Update: 34w 6d scheduled C section on 10/24, so my kids can arrive anytime in the next 17 days! Had lots of pressure on Saturday so we went to L&D. False alarm - UTI and BV though - yay, me. As a FTM, I'm freaked out by everything and nothing. I have no idea when I should go in bc my belly is always tight. I just pray it will be definitive or just wait until the scheduled appt. A bit of impatient after trying to hold them in for so long!
  
  Next appt - tomorrow I have a growth u/s at MFM. Last one! Then I have an appt with OB on Wednesday. I am supposed to start moving around even more this week. But bedrest habits are hard to break, plus I am so incredibly uncomfortable.
  
  QOTW: Well, the babies will be here by Halloween, so no costume there. I'll probably be home handing out candy while hubby takes my stepdaughter around the neighborhood. I saw a really cute skeleton tee shirt with two baby skeletons, but I knew that I'd have them before Halloween or right at Halloween.

  Hello!

   I'm 19 weeks today. Really excited for next week because I have my full anatomy + afi again. I love those. They take forever though! Last Friday I had the AFI + Cord Dopplar done and everything went great. YAY! I'm starting to breathe normally again and not so nervous every time I have an appointment.
  
  When we were checking the AFI, Twin B was cuddling with A in the beginning, then at the end.. He was punching A in the face. I'm sure it was a loving punch, because they don't even weigh a pound yet but still. Poor A, he's my littler one too.

   

  QOTW : I'm probably not going to do anything. I found a cute shirt online that had four skeleton hands on it with "LET US OUT" on it. I thought that was funny, but I don't think i'll have enough time to buy it and wear it for halloween. I haven't even bought my 2yr old his costume yet. I am a queen at procrastinating!

  I am doing pretty good. Trying to digest the news that I will probably have a csection. Twin A is not growing the way they think he should. We are trying to avoid IUGR. So I got steroid shots just in case.
  
  I'm 31 weeks so hopefully everything will get on track again. I am not supposed to go back into the office but I can work from home as long as I am testing and not standing too much.
  
  I am going to the doctor once a week now just to monitor things.
  
  I am not dressing up for Halloween but my other two will be superman and supergirl!

  I'll be 27 weeks on Wednesday, can't believe I'm almost in my 3rd trimester already!! Honestly, I don't feel as bad as I expected to at this point but I know its all downhill in terms of energy and pains from here on out. I'm now having appts every other week but so far everything's been going great aside from some scares with my cervix very early on. We're going out of town at the end of this week for the rest of October which I know everyone thinks is crazy but its the only time I'll be able to see my family for the duration of my pregnancy and have my shower. Plus, my thinking is that if I , god forbid, go into labor I know the hospitals there are good and we'll have somewhere to stay.

  29w1d. I can't believe how close I am to 30 weeks. Yay! I have my OB appointment on Wednesday. The girls stress me out sometimes because some days they are super active and today they are super calm. I did have a pretty active weekend so maybe they are just resting. We also took our family/maternity photos yesterday. Can't wait to see them!

  QOTW: I've thought about buying one of those shirts with the two skeleton babies in the belly but I probably wont. DD will be Rapunzel.

  New to the check-in, but just posted my intro, so I will make it short!

  Due 4/24/14, and am 11w4d, hopefully at our NT test this Thursday we will find out Frat (sounds like it from guesses) or Iden twins, and a peek into their sex.   At our Friday appt my OB was happy with my cervix, uterus, and both the babes.  

  
  

  No pregnancy symptoms besides awful back acne.  Gross.  Feeling really happy and lucky.  Hoping this long road ahead goes smoothly!    So happy to hear everyone else is doing great.

  
  

  Edited:  Didn't see the GTKY comment.  We are just dressing up as bugs (bought wings, and will be wearing all black).  I am not showing yet anyways, and we have a Halloween party and I don't want everyone to be only talking about the babies.

  I'm 18 weeks 1 day and found out a week ago we are team purple....1 boy and 1 girl!!!
  
  Been feeling pretty decent lately. But having more pains here and there and as a FTM I'm not sure what's normal and what's not!
  
  I have a regular obgyn appointment and I'm looking forward to it. I've been pretty conservative about my questions and concerns about my work stress but I've vowed to be open, honest, and lay it all out there this appointment so my doctor is aware.
  
  I plan to dress up as a big baby with adult zip up footie pajamas if I can find a pair big enough to zip up around me!

  23 weeks tomorrow and OB said today i am measuring at 28-29 weeks.  wow!  no wonder i am already tired  and waddling lol.  i have my fetal echo on wednesday so hoping everything is good with that.  have another OB appt. in 3 weeks then move to every 2 weeks.  plus still seeing MFM every 2 weeks.  always at the dr.'s!  i'm thrilled to get u/s every 2 weeks though so i don't mind so much.  

  
  

  
  

  not really dressing up this year.  will probably have DH give out candy and just chill on the couch. 

  Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 

  Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  

  Clomid + Trigger x2; 

  IUI + Femara x1,

  IUI + Follistim x2;

  IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.

  IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life.

  22 Weeks & doing great! We just had our second scan & both boys were measuring perfect & both are over 1lb! Baby B is our very active one so far, while baby A is so much more relaxed

  No plans for Halloween yet we will be taking DS to pick out a costume this week & I will probably just get a funny maternity shirt.

  32 weeks 2 days today! I had a growth ultrasound this morning and both boys are now head DOWN! YAY! (Now let's hope they stay that way!) They are both doing well, Baby B has now passed up Baby A in size (which is a change, he's always been the smaller one). I was supposed to have my first NST today but the midwife forgot to schedule it. I'll have appointments every week now. 
  
  Some days (like today) I feel great, other days I feel pretty crappy. Hip pain, back pain, organs getting kicked, swollen feet, nausea, contractions ... it seems like it's all or nothing. These boys are sitting really low which means walking can get painful, and sitting down is funny because my belly pushes down pretty hard on my lap, hehe.  

  
  

  QOTW: We do celebrate Halloween, but honestly I don't know what to do with it this year. We'll probably dress up DS1 but I don't know if I'll wear a costume or not.

  Hi ladies! I'd like to join! I am 16 weeks with triplets. Due date is March 22 but my OB has said we will probably schedule a c-section for 34 weeks if I make it that far. We are team green. I am now seeing MFM for U/S every 2 weeks. Had a problem with bleeding about 4 weeks ago from a polyp, so I've already been pulled from work and placed on modified bedrest.
  
  QOTD: Still need to get DS a costume. I will likely not dress up as I won't be going out, just handing out candy. DS will probably go out with my dad or a friend as my DH is away until next month.

  Hello! 18w3d today. Not much new here, just getting excited for our A/S next week. We're team green but this will be the first time DH gets a good look at the twins.
  
  DS is dressing up as a pirate for Halloween. I'd kind of like to dress up so I might do that too. Nothing for the babies in the belly unless inspiration strikes!

  Oh my gosh this is me too! My csection was changed to an induction for this Friday! So excited to meet my boys!!! It'll be here before I know it! I'll be 38weeks! So thankful to of gotten this far and I honestly feel great & could go longer but they won't let me. Lol

  Hey everyone!  I don't know how I missed posting my due date!  It's 4/11 with di/di twins (although the ob says I wont go past 37 weeks) 

  I have my NT scan tomorrow, aside from that nothing much is new.  I had some bleeding either from a SCH or A's placenta previa, but it seems to have stopped.  No halloween costumes for me, I'll be at work all day.  I wanted to get the skeleton Tshirt w the babies on it, but I can't justify it when I'll wear scrubs for 13 hours that day.

  18 weeks today. Our Modi girls are doing great. Researching travel systems now. So over whelmed with registering. Halloween will be boring for us this year because we'll be moving into our new house. Booo.

  29 weeks here! Excited to make it this far and can't wait to say in the "30" weeks! Not much to report rather than an update for above as I have been on strict bed rest at home no longer modified. Anther growth scan set up next week. Other than feeling like I'm suffocating and heartburn doing pretty well! Their movement is getting insane all I can feel is limbs. We are almost done with the nursery and ready for them to get here aside from a few things. Hoping the next few weeks are boring here for us until our c-section.
  
  GTKY: well I was going to wear a green t-shirt and make my belly be mike from monsters inc since my 3 year old was going to be sully but he changed his mind to be a hot dog. So I don't think I'm dressing up this year but next year we all will as a family again

  26w4d here! My boy/girl twins were each estimated at 2 lb 1 oz today. Everything looked good on u/s except that B has a little bit more fluid than A. Both were in the normal range but they will do another u/s to check for changes in 2 weeks.

  I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow so excited about that! Everything looks good so far and baby girl and baby boy are kicking away. Had to buy a support belt last week because my RLP has been horrible. I have another MFM ultrasound next week plus my regular check-up. We are also taking a mini babymoon next weekend so looking forward to relaxing by the pool!

  TTC since May 2010. DX Unexplained IF. IUI #1 in August 2012. Clomid, Menopur plus Ovidrel. BFN. IUI #2 in September 2012. Clomid, Menopur plus Ovidrel. BFN. IUI #3 in October 2012. BFN. IVF in April/May 2013. BFP with b/g twins! Due February 2, 2014. Thank you God!

  Had an OB appt yesterday. 20w down and over half way there, yay!!!! My energy returned around week 17/18 and I seem to be able to do a bit more than I could up til that point. I still tire out easily but I'm enjoying the extra energy while I've got it. I've been experiencing a lot of lower back pain (like nothing I've experienced in my previous 2 pregnancies) and OB said to purchase a maternity belt so we will see how and if that helps w the pain.
  
  I'm finally starting to prepare for the girls arrival. Going through clothes, washing and sorting what we have and determining what we need. I've also bought some items we felt we needed seconds of. Next is to choose the paint for the nursery and get that done. It feels like it's finally starting to come together. I just can't believe how fast time is flying!

  27w 6d here. Things are going well and fairly uneventful. My shower was a lot of fun last weekend, we are in the midst of childbirth classes, and I had a great MFM appointment last Friday. Baby A is officially no longer breech! They said there is still a chance that she could flip again but I am very encouraged that I won't automatically have to have a c-section.

  
  

  Also, for the first time my cervix measured below 4 (3.65) but they said it is still doing great and unless there are symptoms, they won't measure it anymore. At the risk of jinxing myself, I am feeling confident for the first time that my little boy and girl will actually be staying in until December. At my doctor's urging, I have been preparing to have everything by 28 weeks in case of pre-term labor and/or bed rest. Well, 28 weeks is officially tomorrow and hopefully things will continue to be going well. And it is a good thing because our basement remodel is still not finished, nor is the nursery. 

  BFP #1 on 12/15/11 but missed m/c with d&c on 2/1/12.

  BFP #2 on 5/1/13 = boy/girl TWINS with EDD of 1/3/14 but expected no later than 12/20/13.
