  I call my LO "my little pug" sometimes bc of similar noises. I can't always see something obvious up there, but with saline spray and the snot sucker I can clear it out and his breathing improves. I'd give clearing a try and see if the sound goes away. Good luck!

  Sometimes those boogers & snot are way up there - saline spray and the nose frieda are a great combo.

  Are you breast feeding? If so squirt some milk up there and suction the snot out. Breast milk works like saline but better.

  My LO gets more stuffy when he has some reflux. The bulb syringe does not get much out. I was thinking about trying the nose frieda.

  Exactly what direy and Kenna said. It's scary the first time or two and they cry, but it gives her a lot of releif.
