1st Birthday

Has anyone started planning yet?  My little one turns 1 in January and I've already started looking for ideas.

    January birthday too!  I have already bought ladybug plates, napkins, cups, and decorations for DD's 1st birthday!  I also have a custom outfit that I am in the process of ordering and am pinning ladybug theme cakes like crazy on pinterest :)  It's early but so much fun!!!

    I have been peaking around Pinterest and stuff.  He bday is in March but I love stuff like this.  I like to make stuff for occasions like this so it is nice to get an idea about what I am going to do.  I was planning her Baptism before she was born. Right now I am on Christmas and her 1st Bday.  It helps me relax before bed so that is also part the reason.  As of right now it is going to be rainbow theme.  I was thinking it works cause of March being St Pattys day and that Spring starts right around he bday.

    Thanks to this post I have started to think about it :)  DD's is in March, and I was just looking at the calendar trying to think about when to have her party...it's on a Monday which would be closer to the weekend before, but I think I will do it the weekend after because that gives me time to finish up a few projects that will include her birthday (I take a weekly picture and a monthly picture of her, and really wanted to have all of them done to display at her party)  And of course that has started me down the path of theme ideas and all that fun stuff too :)

    Me too @amberdanielle! I am in the same boat...has not even crossed my mind.  I heard that the 1st birthday party was for the parents surviving the first year!   ;)
