And what are you dreading?
I am looking forward to feeling kicks, watching acrobatics, and getting a huge belly
I am dreading morning sickness and insomnia/ waking up constantly to pee
I am looking forward to Ultrasounds (I love getting a peak at the little munchkin), kicks, using the "But I'm pregnant" excuse (just kidding...kind of)
I am dreading morning sickness (had it really bad last time), swollen feet & hip pain.
I can't wait to feel those first little flutters!! I also love seeing the baby on ultrasound! Also, I can't wait to break out the Doppler again! There's a lot to look forward to!
I am looking forward to just sharing this experience with my husband. With my first child his father wasn't,still isn't, there so, I went through it alone in high school. Now, I get to to share every moment with my son and husband. I am looking forward however to getting out of the questionable stage of is she fat or just pregnant.
I'm looking forward to so much!! This is the first LO of a new generation for my family, so one thing I'm really looking forward to is giving my grandmothers a great-grandchild to love. This LO is going to be so spoiled!
I'm looking forward to everything, especially as my first.. it's all "unknown" and that, in itself, is kind of exciting. I can't wait to get a belly, feel kicks, see him/her on the ultrasound. And this may sound totally weird (and perhaps naive haha!) but I'm looking forward to the labor/birth.
Not looking forward to the morning sickness. I just got queasy for the first time yesterday and that feeling is gross.
I have RA in my back and hips so I'm hoping being pregnant helps this go away for 9 months not make it worse I am nervous because this is my first pregnancy and we have been using clomid for 6 months I really hope it's just one baby! Can't wait for ultrasound!
I'm excited about everything since this would be my first! I gotta focus on one thing at a time right now though and that is going to be hopefully hearing the heartbeat on THURSDAY!
I'm excited to wear maternity pants for the holidays again! This will be my third year if everything goes all right. I'm looking forward to all the other stuff too of course. I'm really not dreading anything besides the possibility of another miscarriage...sorry to be so dismal.

I can't wait to have a huge belly and feel my baby move around. I seriously cannot remember what it feels like from only a few short years ago!! While I know in the long run having a brother or sister will be a great experience for our DD, I dread the times that she gets upset or jealous or feels confused that she doesn't have our full attention. PS- I also dread the six weeks postpartum bleeding and not being able to swim at the beginning of summer!
I'm looking forward to my hubby coming home in 4-5 weeks and getting to experience this with me. Also, hearing the heartbeat, growing a belly, feeling the baby, meeting my angel, etcetera! This is our first, so I'm pretty much looking forward to everything BUT labor!
Looking forward to: movement, ultrasounds, telling and being openly pregnant, finding out who completes our family, snuggling with this little one, the moment DS and DD get to meet the baby
Not looking forward to: hip pain and leg cramps when sleeping, dealing with the weight gain and boob growth again, having to bend down for things with a big belly, and the whole birthing process...
@lilnunz1 you might get lucky and only need the stitches w/your first. I tore pretty badly the first time and not at all w/my second.
I also love being pregnant for all of the previously stated reasons.
I don't like the very end when we can't sleep on our backs, when we have the feeling of ripping ligaments in the lower belly area and not being able to turn over/bend over/stand up without pain. IMO, that's still all totally worth it to feel the little kicks and rolls.

Looking forward to all the good stuff like you all! Also looking forward to no AF for at least 9 months! (sorry, she was a PITA the last few times around!) I'm also looking forward to being able to tell our parents and my job! Everyone currently thinks I am just majorly sick. I'm also looking forward to our DS seeing my belly move and him meeting his new brother/sister!
Not looking forward to:I already have morning sickness (people think it's a stomach bug), possibility of another crazy labor like DS, post labor...
And while this is waaaaaay out there in the future, I am also looking forward to a *hopefully* easier labor this time. 1st baby was almost 3 hours of ridiculous pushing that practically made me pass out and tearing, 2nd labor was 20 minutes of hard but not insane pushing and no tearing. I am hoping this is a trend and the third will be like the 2nd or better!

I cant wait for the belly and the excitement, the ultrasounds and the kicks... I'm not looking forward to waiting for labour and labour. And people constantly asking "If I've had that baby yet"
I'm looking forward to kicks, flips, and the hiccups! I'm also looking forward to the u/s and hearing the heartbeat!! I'm dreading the back aches and lack of sleep at the end...
I love this thread! This is my first, so like PP said, I'm looking forward to just about everything--the big belly, the kicks, the ultrasounds, the little heartbeat...and I'm soooo excited for DH to be able to feel the baby move. For now, it's still not totally real to him, so I can't wait for him to really get to feel that baby.
I'm dreading teaching while pregnant. I agree with @brighteyes112 that peeing is going to be a problem, but I'm more worried about having to be functional, upbeat, and excited around teenagers when I'm in pain and not getting much sleep. I know tons of people have done it, though, so I am much more focused on the things I'm excited about!!!

I am excited about welcoming our third little one. Can't wait to tell my other two that they will have a new baby and I can't wait for them to meet him/her. I am looking forward to most parts of pregnancy and I actual am looking forward to labour (I know, I am one of the few crazy ones!). Last one was only 65 minutes in total and I have had no stitches with either of my previous two. I am excited to get to snuggle this little one. Of course I can't wait for the little flutters and movement to start too!
Not really looking forward to the ligament pain, or the shortness of breath. Sleeping when pregnant is usually a pain and handling my other two at the same time will be a challenge too.
Re: What are you looking forward to the most
I'm not looking forwad to back pain and not sleeping.

Not looking forward to the morning sickness. I just got queasy for the first time yesterday and that feeling is gross.
Not looking forward to the post delivery yuckiness...the giant pads, the down there stitches.

Dreading: The rest of the pregnancy if it's anything like it was with DD... BUT the outcome is well worth it! : )
I am looking forward to kicks & movement. My favorite part!!
