Silly comments

I had a woman at the playground tell me she wanted twins next (she has a 5 yr old) as she was a middle child and didn't like being the middle child. By having twins neither would be a middle child... Umm, that is the worst reason i've heard of wanting twins..

Another comment was while my boys and I were at a tire place getting a tire patched. They were walking around and a guy there asked if he was 2.5 and he 15 mo. (They just had a doctor appt and they are 27 and 27.12 lbs and 33" and 32.25". So not enough of a size difference to think a year apart.) I replied "no, they are twins". "Oh, they were born on the same day?" Yes....

    Well you know...they *could* have been born on different days if it was over midnight.  lol

    I get told all the time that mine can't be twins because one has blue eyes (or colored as most people seem to say) and one has brown.  Is brown not a color anymore?

    Well then mine can't be twins either as one has brown eyes and one has green/hazel eyes. lol.

    Maybe he said "they were born at the same time".. I forget. I was SMH at a lot of stuff he was telling me abt his family in the waiting room of that car dealership.

    We were at a playground with only one other kid there and the grandmother. We rolled in with the triplets - the kids played together for a good 30 minutes and we chatted with the grandmother (we being my husband and I). When we were leaving and putting them back into the stroller she exclaimed 'they aren't triplets are they, I thought they were twins?' WHAT??!?b?b. Did you not see that counting her grandkid and the three of ours, who were all playing together for more than 30 minutes, that there were four kids?
    People are ridiculous.
