Jogging stroller

Does anyone know what age you are able to put LO in a jogger? I can't find my instruction book :) it has a 5 point harness. I will only be using it for walks now but wondering when it's safe to jog with LO. I assume once they can support their head but I could be totally wrong. Thanks everyone!!

    I have a BOB stroller and I believe the age of the baby should be atleast 6 months. I first started jogging with DS1 when he was 10 months old.

    I assume it depends on the stroller. We have a Chariot and though it has a 5 point harness, there is an infant sling that you are supposed to use until 10-12 months old.

    I also bought a bob's stroller with a car seat adapter. Can't wait to try it out!!!

    I read between 6 months and a year. The baby needs to have full neck control before you go running with them. We're both runners so we're anxiously awaiting this!

    I think they say 6 months if you are going to be running. Baby needs to have good head control since jogging strollers don't have that much head support.

    It depends on what type of jogging stroller. I have a baby jogger switchback hybrid that I used with dd #1. For that type of jogger, they have to be able to sit well on their own. I also use to have a baby jogger city mini (I gave it to my MIL) that dd#1 was in since birth.

    The BOB single revolution says not until they are several months old, even with the infant adapter. I had DD1 in the BOB with the adapter at 10 days old (running and walking). Now we have a Schwinn Turismo double jogger (it's a beast!) and there is no adapter. I just recline the seat and strap DD2 in. I use burp cloths to cushion around her arms and head and cover her with a blanket. She doesn't move. I only take her around our development, so no sidewalks, no bumps, and very little traffic.

    Love the chariot for dirt road/off road walks and cross country skiing through!

    Stupid question, we have the Graco FastAction Fold Click Connect Jogger Stroller - Tidalwave that you can click a car seat into, so am I okay to jog with her in that ? I have no idea where the booklet is.
