I've been having some funny cycles since I weaned in May. Several of the cycles have been as short as 20 days. I kept making appointments for my annual, only to have to cancel them when I started bleeding again. I've also continued to have milk and feelings of let down in my breasts. Additionally, one of my nipples had become inverted. The nipple issue was apparent early in BFing and I addressed it at my 6w check up. However, it resolved and came back. My OB/GYN expressed concern over both the short cycles and nipple inversion at my recent annual. I had my prolactin and TSH drawn yesterday and I have a mammogram and breast ultrasound tomorrow.
I'm really trying to be calm, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little freaked out. If you guys could keep me in your thoughts and prayers over the next week, I'd really appreciate it. I'm super nervous.
