Ten Things Tuesday!!!

Show us what you've got, friends! Tell us 10 things on your mind - ready, set, go! :)

Me - 30, My wife - 31 , Together for 10 yrs - Married August 2012

5 medicated IUIs w/ RE (March - July 2013) = BFN

Fresh IVF Cycle in September 2013 resulted in 18 mature eggs, 16 fertilized, 12 made it to day 5. Transfer of 2 Grade A blastocysts on 9/15/13, and 10 embryos in the freezer!      *****BFP on 9/25/13 - betas: @10dp5dt = 232; @12dp5dt = 465; @15dp5dt = 1,581   *********William George born June 4, 2014*********

Re: Ten Things Tuesday!!!

  • I suppose I'll start :)

    1) I did not want to get out of bed this morning.  I have several meetings today and I'm just not feeling it!  Ugh.

    2) I'm on day 2 of 150mg Clomid and... nothing.  I have absolutely no side effects :) which is happy news!  I was worried about the crazies but I guess this medicine doesn't influence me that way.  Unless it comes later on?

    3) I have my first ultrasound on the 17th.  Despite the higher than we imagined expense, we're going to move forward.  This will be our last attempt until 2014 when our health savings accounts are replenished.  Smart enough, I suppose, since the holidays are stressful enough anyway.

    4) The u/s is just before the beer fest!!!  I hope they look at my eggs and say "We still need more time so enjoy the weekend and come back on Monday."  That way I can *really* enjoy the festival without worry of making my uterus a hostile environment or something.  Does that even happen though...?

    5) I'm thinking I may get lunch outside of work today.  I got a coupon for a free Chick Fil A sandwich but I'm conflicted.  Do I take the chicken, or do I shun the company even though they offer me free food?  Hmmmm...

    6) My skin is dry from swimming.  But I'm glad I'm doing it, because it's getting me in shape!

    7) I also did the eliptical - nice and intense.  I need to get my blood flowing better and stay on track to better health.

    8) I tried adding kale to my smoothie yesterday and it was dreadful.  Does anyone know how to break kale down so it's smooth and not chewy???

    9) If not, then I'm just going to sautee my kale from now on.  So not worth it.

    10) That's all I've got for now.  Hope everyone has a great week!

  • 1. As you can see, I have been away but not because I wanted to - just been wicked busy so I caught up on my posting just now!

    2. I am in Arizona, and though a politically unfriendly state, it's really pretty here. And whoa, the money in the Scottsdale area surprised me! So much shopping, but no time as I'm here for work.

    3. We were planning a long weekend of sun sometime in Nov/early Dec., and rather than Palm Springs, our usual on-continent go-to, we may come back here. Lots of lovely resorts and it's awfully pretty - plus we can do some hiking and stuff too! Kinda perfect.

    4. I had a dream I lost weight. That is sad, no? So, I think it's time to get my sh*t together - IF treatments or not - I am not happy with my looks or weight right now. Clean up on aisle 7! Well, after NYC next week.

    5. I'm going to NYC next week!! It's a work trip, but J is coming, and we are staying the weekend. I'm.So.Excited. We LOVE NYC! And, our friends just got a killer apartment in the Lower East Side, so we can stay in their posh new pad for free :). And work will pick up two nights of hotel. Bonus! And all I have to do is a 1-hour presentation!

    6. J's new coffeeshop is picking up now -she's been working a lot - but it is coming together and the customer base is growing. Scary to start from nothing but she all in, and I find it very impressive!

    7. I'm tired. I go home late Wed. and have two busy work days, but it's only Tuesday and I can't wait for the weekend.

    8. I found a decent coffeeshop in Scottsdale, they already know my name and my drink! Feels like home. I am typing from it now.

    9. Last night at the work dinner we had, all the people talked about their kids - mostly people with newborn - 6 year olds. I felt kinda lame, I had nothing to offer but cats and chickens. Kinda made me sad, but then they all complained about the lack of control and fun they have due to 'the kids' and I had a little moment of "well, at least I have that..." fwiw.

    10. I hope to suffer their ills one day! I want to complain about my kids at work dinners, too!! :) I can't wait to have kids to complain about! :)

    Lil'mamaz was born on Aug 21, 2014! She's PERFECT!

  • 1. Are you sure it's only Tuesday?!?!

    2. Child birth class tonight. Just one more week after tonight. Holy cow.

    3. My Bama is so darn cute.
    image

    4. So jealous for everyone getting to enjoy fall weather. We are having fall mornings, but temps still reaching mid to high 80s by midday. You would think I would be used to this considering I have lived all 34 years of my life in the South and the past 9 years in Austin. Talks of orchards and apple picking make me feel like I'm missing out...

    5. While I love my OB/midwife practice, their front office staff kinda suck. Left a message last Wed with the insurance person and have yet to hear back. Left another message today.

    6. Looking forward to seeing mom and sister this weekend, if only briefly!

    7. Our group of running friends are throwing us a shower this weekend, which is great because I don't get to see them nearly as often these days. Can't wait until I can run with them again. Such a supportive and fun group of women.

    8. It's fundraising time at work and we can pay $1 per day to wear jeans Mon-Thurs. I paid my dollar today! All I've worn to work the last several months are dresses (except for jeans on Fri). It's nice to wear pants more than once a week. I keep wanting to buy some black maternity pants, but I'm going to see if I can hold out just wearing dresses the rest of the time.

    9. Feel like this TTT is really boring. Struggled to come up with 10 things. If nothing else, I hope you enjoy the pic of Bama. :)

    10. I've got nothing.

  • 1. Ugh blech, do not feel good today.  Isn't this m/s supposed to end soon :(
    2. Put Kaden down for a nap around 9am and he just fell asleep 15 minutes ago (about 1 hour later). He just babbles and talks and laughs and screeches away and then bam he's out.
    3. Unfortunately K's nap is about to be disrupted and maybe moved to the car because we're off to go visit with the Great Grandparents!! They are in (from the East Coast) at my brother/sister-in-laws house and since everyone is working Kaden and I are the entertainment committee for this afternoon.
    4. We're hosting a bigger family dinner tomorrow night, and I still have to get more plates, I have 6 of one kind and 4 of another. I really want them to match so I may take the Great Grandparents on errands (which they love) after going the park and before getting frozen yogurt.
    5. One more day until my OB/GYN appointment. If they don't give me an u/s I am chaining myself to the exam table until they relent ;-)
    6. EV loves her job and I am so happy for her.  It's amazing how different this October is from last October (in terms of our whole family's level of happiness).
    7. My best friend growing up is meeting me in Tucson to visit with my parents and Kaden and I over the weekend that we're there. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone.  My parents were hoping Kaden and I would share their guest room and stay at their house for a few days. I said no problem. Except that Kaden might just wake up 1 -2x in the middle of the night because of the transition.  Not sure how well that is going to go over.  My aunt owns a home (currently empty) across the street so we can always relocate ;-)
    8. Ok gotta get ready and get on the road.
    9. We switched cell phone carriers because we had zero reception in our house. Now we get a tiny bit of reception and will likely be switching yet again.  Sigh....
    10. Have a great day everyone!! :-)
  • 1. Work is nuts today, but I need a little time-out.

    2. My dad called unexpectedly this morning to say he and my step-mother would be downtown and wanted to meet me for lunch. I took them out for pastrami sandwiches. Yum.

    3. PT is helpful and I like my physical therapist, but I feel like it takes up a ton of time.

    4. So happy this will be a 3-day weekend. My wife only has 1 day off so we don't have any big plans. I was thinking of painting our shutters and doors on our house, but it feels like more project than I am prepared to take on.

    5. My wife can't take time off work for our transfer, so my sister is taking me. Not sure if I care.

    6. @wishiwaspreggo -- I find kale undetectable in smoothies. You have to blend it thoroughly though and you can't add too much (I never add more than a few leaves). I'm also really into raw kale salads lately.

    7. @KLeigh1 -- I am also a big tea drinker and get frustrated that I can't drink more of it while pregnant. In general, black teas are fine as long as you watch the amount of caffeine (my RE and midwife said under 200mg a day is fine; one cup of black tea is about 60-75mg). I have read different things about green teas but I've never heard anything bad from an actual medical professional. There are some concerns about some herbal teas but I'm pretty sure the grocery-store basics (e.g. peppermint, chamomile) are fine. I've seen rooibos recommended because it is high in antioxidants and caffeine-free. I usually stick to black teas and pure peppermint tea (some say the latter helps m/s). Check pregnancy books and/or with your RE/OB/midwife and don't worry too much about all the shit on the Internet! :)

    8. @themommymonster -- so fun to have you back on the team!

    9. @ATXMommas -- love the Bama picture! We save all our peanut butter jars for our friends' and sisters' dogs. I often have trouble coming up with 10 interesting things...usually I am happy if I can come up with 10 things at all!

    10. Time to get back to work!

  • 1. We had a great weekend!!
    2. We picked up my wife's 4 year old sister on Thursday and kept her until yesterday.
    3. She is so much fun and energetic at this stage!
    4. We had friends over with their baby on Friday night.  The dad was playing with my wife's little sister throwing her in the air and doing fun wrestling things.  I know that he can't wait for his little one to grow up to do those things.
    5. Saturday night I babysat a 3 year old girl and 10 month old boy along with the 4 year old.  Our house was so loud and crazy.  I loved every minute of it!!!
    6. Last night after all I got home from work and there were no kids here I was very sad :-(
    7. I am on CD9 and my last day of Clomid.  I accidentally missed a day, so I hope that isn't a problem.
    8. I have my midcycle check on Thursday and I am hoping my follies are nice and big!!!
    9. I know I have been talking about this forever, but I am pretty sure we are finally ready!  We have our last home inspection on Friday.  We will turn in all our paperwork to our caseworker and then they should submit for our license.  We are super excited and scared out of our mind!!
    10.  I just want to be a mom.  I feel whole when kids are around.

  • 1: This is embarrassing, what what exactly does the @ before people's screen names do? I realize people use them before referencing anyone, but I'm not sure what the point of it is. Anyone mind enlightening me?

2: We had our anatomy scan today.  It was amazing. It was nice and long (over an hour of ultrasound time), and the doctor really put a lot of our pgal fears at ease by saying they looked "as normal as normal can be." It was such a relief.

3: We are expecting two daughters :)

4: One of my first thoughts when we found out was that I wanted to call my mom and tell her. Unfortunately she passed away years ago, and so the joy was mixed with a little sadness for me.

5: I need to be studying right now. I have a test on Friday but it's hard to get motivated this semester.

6: I learned that one professor who wrote me a letter of recommendation did not put it on letterhead. Of course, I didn't know this until one school I applied to emailed me... weeks after it has been submitted. Now many of my applications are SIGNIFICANTLY delayed, which is really bad and lowers my chances quite a bit. I am super bummed and feel like this year is just not "meant to be" in regards to getting into grad school.

7: I'm half watching the presidential news conference and feel like I need to do some serious reading up so I know more about what is going on.

8: Tuesdays are my days off and I enjoy reading everyone's updates.

9: I nanny right now, and I love the family that I work with. However, they are entering the dreadful stage of acting up whenever their parents are around. It just so happens they are around a lot lately and it's really frustrating. When I'm alone with the kids, they are practically angelic. When their parent's are home, they will throw massive tantrums at the slightest command/re-direction. They are about 1.5 and I've been nannying for nearly a decade now, so I really want to talk to the parents and give them some information. They are usually really open to my ideas, but it's also pretty awkward

10: Have a good week everyone!

My name is A, I am wife to J.  After 7 months of ttc and one MC, we are expecting two baby girls in 2014!

  • 1. FINALLY had my pre-op appointment today. Took some vials of blood, blood pressure, all that jazz. Nurse told me not to be surprised when they make me take a urine pregnancy test the morning of the surgery. We had a good chuckle considering my FS ordered the surgery and I'm committed to a woman LOL.

    2. Best piece of news re: the surgery... I'll be out cold for the HSG. THANK GOD. The last one was easily one of the most painful things I've experienced to-date.

    3. @TwoMomsinTX - good luck with your surgery! Mine is Friday, although a different procedure. I've never had surgery before either so I'm a bit apprehensive, but I think it will be just fine. :)

    4. My sister moves here in two weeks! I'm excited. My family is spread all over so it will be so nice to have her here. My dad and his wife live in BC, but everyone else lives in England or Sweden.

    5. I, too, am thrilled about the return of TV. Although I don't get to watch much because Smurf is an avid hockey fan and well... it's on all the damn time. So I usually end up streaming/downloading. I'm especially excited about Glee and Vampire Diaries (I like bad teen-oriented shows, I'm not sorry), but also... the return of Emily Prentiss to Criminal Minds!!!! :O

    6) I baked a pumpkin yesterday to turn it's innards into puree so I can make a pumpkin pie. I'm so excited. I love pumpkin pie. I'm not Canadian but I GLADLY accepted the whole Thanksgiving tradition thing... especially for the pie. LOL

    7) The local pet shop has little black kittens for adoption! I love black cats. I wish Smurf wasn't allergic. :(

    8) I'm loving the fall weather. It's still quite warm though. My friend Ann and I went to the beach the other day and were surprised to see people actually swimming in Lake Erie! Crazy.

    9) I have my meditation circle tonight. Looking forward to it as I've been skipping out on it the last few weeks. I really notice the difference when I don't go regularly.

    10) Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!!

Lesbian couple from SW Ontario, Canada | Me: 29 + 1 DF: 44 | Together 3.5 yrs, getting married in 2015 | TTC since Jun 2013

Sep 18/13: FU w/FS re: HSG & BW. BW normal, laser laparoscopy & hysteroscopy ordered

Oct 11/13: Hysteroscopy, laser laparoscopy, & HSG determined I actually have a uterine septum and mild endometriosis, and that my tubes were never blocked! Septum and endo removed with laser during surgery. Post-op in 6 wks.

Nov 26/13: Post-op - fully healed with no complications; confirmed tubes are clear and septum and endo removed. Referred to Donor Insemination program.

  • 1.  I'm working a split day today as I have a new Caregiver Support Group I'm starting tonight.  Makes for a long day.

    2.  C started on a local pool league last night.  I really have missed it.  She was on two when we first started dating.  Last year her work schedule changed so she wasn't able to be on any.  I don't shoot, but I keep score and hang out.

    3.  We are both exhausted as a result of #2.  We are usually out late on pool league nights.

    4.  Part of me is sad that next year I may not be able to join her for pool league night.  On the other hand, that would mean we have our baby and that would make me very happy!

    5.  I am hoping that when I get to the Assisted Living Facility, no one comes for the support group.  Is that horrible?  Once I get going, I love doing them and I always feel good after.  This is the first one, so it is possible that no one will be there.

    6.  C and I have two weddings coming up.  One is this Saturday and one is next Saturday.  Both of the women in these (straight) couples were involved in our wedding.  I'm excited for both of them and can't wait.

    7.  I ordered four new shirts from eBay today.  I never buy new clothes anymore, so I was happy to find new things that didn't cost a lot.  Hopefully they will fit and look nice so I won't have to try and return/resell them.  At least two of them should be helpful in hiding the beginnings of a baby bump.  Hopefully that will be a concern in the near future.

    8.  I will be using Ovidrel this time.  I haven't the past two cycles.  This change makes me excited because it gives me hope that maybe our problem has been timing and that things will work out this time around.

    9.  This is our last vial with the donor we picked.  If this one doesn't work, I think we will pick a new donor once we figure out what our next step will be.

    10.  We only bought 3 vials because our RE said he wanted to do surgery after three failed attempts to see if he missed something before we started actively TTC.  Hopefully there will be no surgery and the third try will be it.  If not, we will move forward with the surgery and discuss options after that.  If we move to a fourth cycle, I want to try injectables instead of Femara and also use Ovidrel.  We will have to consider our financial situation first.  We are doing our best to pay for everything outright and not rack up our credit card.  So far so good and we want to keep it that way.

    Me: 30  DW (aka C): 29

Together since 2/15/11 ~ Legally married in NY on 9/29/12

    ***CP mentioned***

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm.  8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy.  We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET.  I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.

11/14/14 -  Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.

12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2

12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)

    1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

  • 1. I am so lazy that I Iegit considered waiting to post my TTT tomorrow b/c I am at home and hate doing it on my iPad since there are never any space breaks no matter what I do, and I am just too lazy to go upstairs and get my laptop out and turn it on, etc.... So, I compromised with myself. I am writing this on my wife's laptop that was conveniently left on in the family room. It is a mac and this is literally the second time I have ever used it. I am a little concerned I am going to mess something up. I am not tech savvy and know nothing about macs.

    2. My wife is at the dentist right now getting a cavity drilled. Poor thing. I offered to take her, but she insisted that she could go on her own. Up until now she has never had a cavity and is not dealing well with the concept. I am hoping she does not come home totally miserable.

    3. I have killer acid reflux right now.

    4. I am supposed to have soup and salad for dinner tonight. That is what I told my wife I was going to have when she left for the dentist. I have all the fixings ready to go in the fridge. However, I have no interest in it at all. I saw a commercial on TV a few minutes ago for this Wendy's Chicken Sandwich on a pretzel roll that looks like heaven. I haven't had fast food of any sort in years, and for whatever reason I can't get that darn sandwich out of my head. Oy!

    5. I have Jury Duty on Friday. Again. I have been eligible for Jury Duty for 11.5 years, and in that time I have been called for Jury Duty 5 times and have been an actual Juror twice. I don't get it. My mother has been called for Jury Duty the same number of times in FORTY YEARS. Something is not right with this.

    6. Less than 48 hours now until my ultrasound. Thank goodness. I am a ball of anxiety waiting for it. I have tried really hard to relax and just keep it cool until the ultrasound, but it is not going so well. I just can't wait for Thursday afternoon.

    7. Today was the first day that it felt like Fall here all day. It was nice. Looks like it is going to be in the low 60s the rest of the week. I will take it.

    8. Our dryer kicked the bucket on Sunday and we ended up buying a new washer and dryer. It was supposed to be delivered today, but the store messed something up with the order so now it isn't coming til Saturday. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying. We don't usually go a full week without doing laundry, so we will have lots to do on Sunday.

    9. There are some super wacky names that people give to their children. I am usually not a fan. I try not to judge said wacky names, because I am a firm believer in "to each their own;" however, I just often think how hard it must be on the child to walk through life with a name that no one can spell, pronounce, understand... or that is just plain abstract -- I don't dig names after objects, but that's just me. I don't know what just made me think of this. I hope this comment isn't offensive to anyone. I just have a difficult time understanding why certain folks pick the names that they do sometimes...

    10. Alright... I guess I will go make my salad and heat up my soup now. I do predict that a chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll WILL be in my future at some point though!

  • 1.  Took me all day to finally get to the point where I could do my TTT.  Today is my Friday and it is going by soooooooo slow! Only three more hours then I am free for six days!!

    2.  With my super smelling nose, I smelled a co-workers yogurt parfait earlier, and went to McDonalds to get one for myself.  It was amazing!!  Mmmmmm!!!  Funny how I could actually smell the yogurt in the one that she was eating and I couldn't stop thinking about it.

    3.  Started working on paperwork to get my little man added to my insurance and beneficiary stuff today.  We got our new insurance stuff and it overloaded my brain.  But I got it all worked out and have everything ready minus my doctor's part and my boss's part.  I am glad I got that finished.

    4.  It feels so good here now!  My four-legged babies are enjoying the cooler weather and it is making them want to play a lot.  Molly is almost over her itchy issues, and I am going to take them for walks every evening while I am off.

    5.  I am not sleeping well, and it makes for a long, tiring day.  I need to see what I can do to make myself more comfortable but I have no idea what that is.  People tell me pillows are the answer....

    6.  I love amazon.  I buy a lot of things from that site, and just got a book in that my OB said was amazing when she had her two babies.  I shall read it and I figure that any knowledge that I fill my brain with before he gets here couldn't hurt.

    7.  I can't wait for The Walking Dead to start!!!

    8.  I am enjoying the fact that since fall television has started, when I get home it is a surprise to see what all is recorded for me to watch.  Most of the new things I am watching are great.

    9.  I figured out how to add a ticker to my signature section.  Yay!!!!!  Just took me a few months!!

    10.  I hope you all have a great week!!

  • I actually have some time to do a TTT!!

    1) New job is going well, I think I am ahead of the learning curve, but "things" keep happening while I'm at work and I don't know if it's random, or because I am messing up somewhere along the way.

    2) I was told I would be trained until the end of the month, but the guy training me wants it to be a week early, which would mean one more week of training.

    3) It's really weird having Fri/Sat off instead of Sat/Sun which has been my norm for about 5 years now.

    4) Of course, I don't REALLY have Fri/Sat off since I am working hockey games.  I haven't had two days off in a row since Sept. 15th, and right now I am on day 9 of a 12 days stretch.  No games the next two weekends, though!

    5) I'm in the middle of my TWW and tempted to test, but I don't want to be disappointed if it's negative.  Especially if it's a false negative.

    6) However, since insemination, I have had cramps, and slight nausea.  I know symptoms don't usually start for a week or two, so I'm not sure if my body is faking me out because I want it, or just that I'm really in tune right now.

    7) My wife's birthday is Oct. 12th, which would be 12 days after insemination.  I am very tempted to test before she wakes up, and if it's positive give it to her as part of my gift.  I don't know if I should or not, since for our daughter we woke up and both went to the bathroom to wait for the test result.

    8) We don't celebrate Christmas ourselves, but the rest of our families do and we go to 5 Christmases.  I am a little stressed as to what to get a 4 month old, is that weird?

    9) Speaking of #8, I am slightly terrified of our families overdoing it.  It is my parents' first grandchild, my grandparents' first great-grand child, and my MIL's first granddaughter  o.o  I hope we have room in our van!  Haha.

    10) Our baby is in that 6-week growth spurt.  A friend of ours said that a lot of psychological stuff happens around now, and I think we are seeing that.  She hasn't been sleeping in her bassinet.  We will get her dead asleep, and two seconds after she gets laid down, she is up and crying.  The only way we have been dealing with it is to co-sleep, which we do almost every morning anyway (she will go down around 12-1am when I'm done with work, wake up around 7-8am to feed, then co-sleep with us from 8-11 or 12, whenever we wake up).  I'm hoping she will get back in the habit of sleeping in her bassinet.

I tried to attach a picture, but I'm not 100% sure of what I'm doing and it looked gigantic.  How do you edit the size??

  • Hey friends. Sorry I've been MIA, but we were out of town for our Anniversary and now that we are back, things are back to busy...at any rate...

    1. It's beautiful here. Sunny, 70, 0% humidity. The perfect fall day.

    2. I have my cooking class tonight and I'm excited to learn how to make homemade beef, chicken and vegetable broth.

    3. DW and I had a great trip North. We stayed in hotels rather than camping, so it was a splurge, but much needed.

    4. We did decide to hike around but it didn't work out. We got to the trailhead, got out and walked to the sign and realized we were at the wrong spot. We got back to the truck, turned the key and it wouldn't start. The starter was broken! We had to call a tow truck (thank the Lord we had cell phone service), and he dropped us off at the hotel. We ordered the part and though it wasn't available until the next day, they were nice enough to deliver it to the hotel the next morning. My DW is amazing and happened to bring the right tools and she fixed it right in the parking lot. She's my hero.

    5. We got back in time for DW's brother and sister-in-law's joint bday gathering. We were surrounded by babies and that was nice.

    6. I babysat my 4 mo old nephew yesterday and his little smile melted my heart.

    7. We had a conversation with our acupuncturist and she agrees that doing one more ICI won't hurt. We are going to try the needless syringe method just to make sure that it wasn't our method that is causing BFNs. If it fails this cycle, we will be taking some time off to see an RE and get more aggressive treatment from our acupuncturist.

    8. I'll be calling the RE today to get some financial information. With my job over for the time being, I'm a little stressed that we have to add more costs.

    9. OPK this morning was negative, but just took another and it is darker today than any other day. It is really early for me to O, but it is me, so who knows if I will O early or not. Last cycle was the shortest LP yet, so maybe this cycle will be a perfect one. Ha.

    10. I miss you all! Wish you all the best! And sending T&P to all who need it.

TTC our first. Married to, and madly in love with, my beautiful wife. Living with our fur baby and enjoying 19 nieces and nephews.

  • 1. Track out is almost over!!! No!!!! I do NOT want to go back to work!

    2. Roxie (my puggle) is pretty smart. She rang the bell to go outside knowing our other dog Kaydie would come running to go out, leaving her the prime opportunity to go steal her bone!!! Tricky dog!

    3. Spending the rest of the week babysitting my nephews. Tonight was a football game for Older Nephews middle school. They lost by 1 touchdown in double overtime. :(

    4. Excited for Halloween! We get alllll into it! We deck out the garage and share the crap out of people. Last year a lady freaked and left her baby in its stroller in the garage and took off down the street. I had to yell after her that she left the baby!!!

    5. My email was hacked today!!! It sent out a weight loss Trojan to everybody in my list. This email address is one I've had since I turned 16!!! I don't even know half of the people it sent it to. Ugh!

    6. The in-laws are coming to visit next week!!! They have never came to stay with us. S is excited but scared. We planned this out last year and her dad had to have open heart surgery instead! He goes back for a check up the day before they are supposed to come down.

    7. It's almost time for the nc fair!!! Excited! S only goes to eat! Lol

    8. I love that it's cold enough to lounge in sweats since I'm refusing to turn on the heat! (It means more snuggle time)

    9. I feel like I'm nesting and we aren't even prego yet!

    10. Praying this iui works...if not dr. W wants to have a "sit down". Little worried.
