At what age is itsafe to put a pillow in a child's crib? I think my 17 month old would like it, and she already has a blanket in there, but not sure on the safety of pillows. Thoughts? Thanks !
Our doc said a toddler pillow was ok at a year (a toddler pillow is smaller and much thinner than a normal pillow). We got the ClevaMama toddler pillow from Amazon and DD loves it.
We have a small pillow in the crib. It's been there a few months now (don't remember when I put it in, maybe around his birthday?). It's small, not specifically a "toddler pillow," and he doesn't really use it when he sleeps, but in the mornings he's always grabbing for it with his little bear he sleeps with. I think it may end up being a lovey more than anything else.
