  Not sure, but I will be cooking something since I get off at 6 today. Maybe breakfast burritos. (We eat breakfast for dinner on the regular at our house) I make them with egg, sausage, diced potatoes, cheese, and hot sauce. Nom nom. Maybe some cinammon rolls (Pilsbury roll) to go with.
