Cutting first tooth... ways to sooth

I can't keep up with what is "allowed" these days for teething relief (i.e. oragel).

What does everyone use to sooth their LOs when the teeth are coming through?

I dont use orajel she doesnt seem to like it. I do the cold washcloth or cold teether and she is all over it. It seems to give her some relief.

The water filled ones only in the fridge but the gel ones you can put in the freezer. The only big difference is they stay colder longer.
My DD favorite one is the mam. It's a circle with three fingers that are water filled. It's easy for her to hold and she really likes it.

Oragel Natural Teething Tablets have been amazing for my LO. For some reason she's never taken to anything cold.

Tylenol and frozen wash cloths. Other than that I just let him chew on his toys and stuff. Now that he's 6 months we will probably try advil. I have teething tabs and orajel but haven't used it yet. I think he's getting his 5th tooth.
