On a water slide and didn't know I was pregnant

I have recently found out I am 5.5 weeks pregnant and am super excited!!! About a week ago I went to a local indoor water park and spent a lot of time on water slides (the ones with the tubes that you sit on), As well as in a wave pool. I am now nervous I have caused harm to my baby! Any input or experiences would be great!! Thanks!!!

You could do pretty much anything right now and the baby would be ok! The baby is surrounded by a cushiony barrier. When the baby grows a lot more, then you need to start being concerned.

If a baby couldnt handle floating down water on an inner tube, then how the hell did the human race survive the Middle Ages? (Ya know, hard physical labor, famine, travel by horseback or bumpy carriage?)
