A was never a great sleeper but these past few days have been hell. I put him down he cries, I pick him up...he cries. White noise isn't even helping. Is there a 6 month sleep regression?

We had something similar happen to us around the 7 month mark. We decided to do some sleep training, it has saved our sanity. I hope you find something that works for you.

Is he on the verge of learning something new, like sitting up or something? That will usually cause sleep issues. Have you looked into any sleep training?

Yes, yes there is. Teeth, new skills, and I think one of the most important is starting to get separation anxiety and so when they wake up without you there they lose it. I hope it passes quickly for you with some sleep training.
