Question: RE for second pregnancy

Hello Ladies,

Hope this is okay to post here...wasn't sure which board would be best.  I was pretty active on 3T before getting pregnant with my little guy on my second cycle of Clomid/injects/TI.

Anyway, my question is this: if you go back to RE to attempt to get pregnant again, do they have you redo all the testing (check sperm, tubes, whatever) or do they just assume things are the same as the first time?  

PCOS 
Off bcp March 2011 
Aug 2011-Feb 2012 tried to regulate cycles w/ Metformin -- no luck 
April 2012: Clomid (50mg) + Injects + TI = BFN
May 2012: Clomid (100mg) + Injects + TI = BFP on 6/8/12

    I had to redo all the blood work and have another hysteroscopy to make sure all was well in my ute. I don't think dh had a repeat SA since we were doing a FET but I could be wrong. I know I did not have to have another HSG which was awesome because that sucked the first time. GL!

    I would think it depends on your RE and diagnosis.  I had to redo all my blood work and had a saline sonogram.  Nothing for DH since we are doing a FET.

    Surprise BFP while waiting on FET #3 ~ beta #1 500; beta #2 1600; first u/s 4/3 - measuring 5w5d, no hb yet!; 2nd u/s 4/10 - hb 132, measuring 6w6d - EDD 11.29.14 :)    **TEAM GREEN!**

    Gotcha, thanks.  I know I can always call my doc I was just thinking about it and figured I'd ask.

    We redid things that would change (like FSH, hormones, etc.)  but we did not have to redo genetic testing.  They were not going to make me redo the HSG or hysteroscopy but that was only because we were consulting about a freeze all cycle.  They said we had to redo communicable disease only if they were more than a year old.
    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    I got pg on my second clomid/iui cycle with ds. For ttc #2 I had to redo blood work, HSG and dh had to do an SA. So yep pretty much had to do everything again
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count  
    DS-Born 7/27/11 After 2 years of IF we have our little man
    TTC#2 January 2013
    11 Medicated cycles gave us
    B/G Twins born 10/8/14 @ 32 weeks

    Shady grove makes you redo all tests. Bloodwork, dye test in ovaries (Im sure this isn't everyone), husbands sperm, infectious diseases, pap etc.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP
