My b/g twins are 12 weeks old and happy healthy babies. Today however will be and already is a hard and sad day. Today we say good buy to my mother who has been here helping my husband and I through the end of my pregnancy up till now. She has been here a total of 4.5 months. Now we must say good buy as she is leaving to go home in Canada and we stay behind in texas. I am very sad and scared to take care of these babies on our own. She has been such an amazing help to have I can't imagine what it will be like when she walks out the door.
Re: So sad and scared.
You'll do fine! I was scared too when my help left right before a long holiday weekend where my husband had to work. I survived! I did okay. Yes, it was harder without the extra hands, but you'll build your confidence as you do more and more on your own.
Good luck, and just take it a day at a time.
TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
