I feel like my biggest challenge lately is getting dressed. I need pants but should I buy a bigger size or buy maternity pants. I'm getting tired if the hairband trick and belly band. I just want to wear my oversized sweats everywhere!
I have exclusively been wearing leggings from Motherhood Maternity for the past 6 weeks and I absolutely love them! I don't know how I am going to go back to regular clothes!

I was wearing these today and my husband kept rubbing my leg. I joked asking if he wanted a pair. He responded with "why can't they make guys clothes this soft and comfy!?" Never wearing real pants again.
Yeah motherhood maternity leggings are the best, so comfy. I have two pairs and I just interchange them between washes. I haven't fit into regular clothes for about two months now, but I really hated the bellyband, it kept rolling off of me. I feel much more comfortable in maternity clothes and if I'm going to cook this child, I will get to wear the comfy clothes that I want!

Me too! I have 4 pair, got then buy one get one 1/2 off! 4 different colors, now I need a new pair of boots to go with them! Fall has officially set in and I can no longer get by wearing sandals.
I think I'm excited that I can wear these post pregnancy after I go back to work!
I feel like maternity clothes that fit right are so helpful right now. With all the changes going on with my body the one thing that makes me feel better is at least looking nice, put together and knowing things fit right. I don't know what the hold up is but I'd encourage you to get some cute and comfy maternity clothes!

Wow, I am impressed that you aren't in maternity pants yet. I don't think sizing up in pants work because that waistband isn't going to accommodate the big belly. I have had luck at Motherhood for jeans -- might need to check out their leggings too after all of the rave reviews.
I tried to hold out from buying maternity pants for as long as I could. I wore a larger size up to week 18 or so. Then could only fit into elastic or yoga pants up to week 21. Now at 24 weeks, I can only wear maternity pants. I thought I could get away with belly bands or yoga pants and didn't want to spend money on clothes that I'd wear for only a few months. I just got so uncomfortable and looked frumpy so there was just no way I could get through the rest of my pregnancy without a few items.
I got pants from Ross for about $12-$15 each (Ross can be a hit or miss but I got 3 pairs of pants from there) and Old Navy jeans for $21 after 40% off (they always have online coupons or deals).
Go maternity!!! I put it off for so long and soo much better! Just be prepared though, you'll buy stuff and think ur all set and then need more. My DH keeps giving me the side eye of why I'm buying more. As you get bigger u find stuff that worked once doesn't work anymore.
