Double Stroller Help

Ok so I know I want a double stroller that's front/back not side/side. My thoughts are to not do a standing type, but rather just two seats (unless others think standing option is extra good to have). I'm looking for good value, not cheap & breakable, but I don't need fancy. We'd use it more on family walks, not really in stores.
Here are the two I've found and like, but open to suggestions as well. Any experience with either of these?
Graco Quattro Tour Duo Stroller
Kolcraft Universal Express Rider Stroller

Oh and I've already checked and both will work with my Key Fit 30 infant seat.

    I love the Bob Revolution.  I had a single and when we had #2 we got a double.  I do run with it, but it's also perfect for zoos, parks, walks, amusement parks, anywhere the there may be any rough terrain at all.

    I've heard people mention this, is there a certain store you find that has a large selection. I feel like even if I go to Toys R Us or somewhere they're not likely to have the two I want to see since there are so many options out there.

    We got the Joovy Caboose sit and stand because there's a jump seat on the back and even has its own seatbelt.

    I've had the graco Quattro and found it to be extremely heavy and cumbersome. I wasn't a fan. I recently got the contours optima tandem double and love it. It doesn't have crazy bells and whistles but has (almost) everything I want/need and was affordable.
