Side dish help

We are having friends over on Sunday for dinner and I can't think of a good side dish. I am making salmon kebabs, salad and rolls. Help!

I can't remember where you are, but do you have a Trader Joe's near you? They have a boxed risotto (basically the arborio rice and a packet of seasonings) that is really good and quite easy to make. I usually add sauteed mushrooms to it when I serve it, but it's delicious without them.
