Freaking out

I turn 10 weeks tomorrow. I don't feel pregnant. I haven't felt pregnant this whole time. My boobs stopped hurting about a week ago. I don't have any symptoms. I'm so scared.
I ordered a doppler recently. I couldn't find the heartbeat. I have a tilted uterus. Is anybody experiencing difficulty finding the heartbeat, that has a tilted uterus?
I hope y'all can understand. I've had two early losses. I just want to feel reassured that everything is ok.

Any bleeding? symptoms =/= healthy pregnancy.

I think you're fine, just one of the few with little to no symptoms. I know it's hard not to worry, but if you're not bleeding or majorly cramping, I think you're fine.

I know a lot of Mom's who couldn't hear the heartbeat with a Doppler at home until 12 weeks. The amount of symptoms you have isn't a judge of your pregnancy. Just try to relax and know like PP said, as long as you are not experiencing cramping/bleeding then everything should be okay.

I have a tilted uterus and at my u/s the tech said it can be harder to find the heartbeat with a Doppler. Remember you aren't a professional and 10 weeks is still early for the Doppler. I lost my symptoms at 8 weeks and try came back at 9 weeks. Everything was fine with LO. I totally understand your fears after having a m/c. Do you have an appt soon?

I also want to add that I had almost no symptoms my entire pregnancy with my DD, and she was/is perfectly healthy.

I didn't get a heartbeat with the home doppler until 12-13 weeks with my first pregnancy.
My dr. had trouble finding it at 10 weeks or so.

Put the Doppler away.

I let someone borrow mine and just told her this weekend I'm pg. I made her promise she wouldn't give it to me until after 13 weeks, because I know not finding it would drive me crazy.

I'm sure you are fine. ((HUGS))

I honestly don't know if I will use the darned thing this time around. It's way too stressful when you don't find the heartbeat, and it's not too long between when you can find the heartbeat with them and when you can feel movement.

I looked into dopplers, but from what I read, they can't really pick up the heartbeat until quite a bit later. So I wouldn't worry about that just now.

I've had symptoms, but not really all the stuff I might've expected. And of course, every pregnancy is different. I also found around 7 weeks that some of my symptoms lessened (my extremely painful boobs because mildly tender boobs); I called my practice just to make sure all was okay, and was told that that's normal.
