  SS- I give him distilled water we buy from the store... when I run out I give him water we get from our well... although it has been inspected recently, I am still not comfortable giving it to him often since people way down the street has issues with their well water.

  SS-We use bottled and filtered water, then warm it up unless we are out...then we use room temperature bottled water

  Filtered water from a Brita that sits on the counter. we only do 1 bottle a day and she doesn't seem to mind room temp

  We use boiled water cooled for 30 minutes, mix with formula then cooled to desired temp or cooled completely and put in the fridge to have  later. It's what they recommend in Ireland to sterilize the formula.

  Plain old tap water. I make his bottles in the morning and give him one right away-- the rest are in the fridge until evening and he drinks them cold just fine.

  We use boiled tap water cooled to room temp. We have reverse osmosis in our town, so is this overkill? Could I just be using it from the tap? She only gets one bottle of formula a day, not that it matters. With DS we used bottled water, even for drinking, but now he just drinks tap water as do we...hmmmm.

  @Grace0609 well jeez. What a waste of time! I didn't even think of us having RO till I read it here, just followed the instructions on the formula.
