Parenting after a Loss

BPS - 7 weeks (misternmiss)

My little Sunshine slept in his crib last night from 10pm until 6:15am!!! I attribute this success to the new white noise machine I bought and putting him in a size up diaper. (thanks to the advice of some fantastic PALers!)

I had a seriously tough time last night making the choice to put him in his crib, even though it was all my idea. But I'm so glad I toughed it out. He is in SUCH a great mood this morning!

Sorry the picture is so dark. And sideways. I'll throw in some bonus ones for the inconvenience. :)

  • Great pictures, so cute! Yay for sleeping, its amazing how the whole family feels happier :) When we finally got DS sleeping well, I was amazed how he would happily play in his crib giggling when he woke up, when he used to scream because he was overtired still.

  • @Michbot12 I did surprisingly well considering how sick and anxious I felt initially while trying to fall asleep. I only checked on him once at 2am. DH admitted to checking on him once also. :)

@SunshinyLees great minds think alike! Good for your little lady for sleeping so long! I hope it's getting easier for you. Night #2 was much less scary for me.

  • Hooray for sleep!

I think P sleeps so much better in his crib than when he slept in the PNP in our room.  I, however, sleep worse lol
