My goal is to work out 20 times in October. I'm counting anything where I do at least 30 minutes of cardio as a workokut, although ideally weights are involved too.
1/20 so far, off to a good start. I also benched with 45 pounds on each end tonight, although I could only do 8 reps. Sucks not having a spotter for bench press. Oh well.
Anyone else wanna post about their workout plans or successes?

That pic about made me throw up. I don't care how dedicated I am to something, I am not going to shit myself over it.
My personal goal isn't for a particular exercise routine, but to be more active in general, whether its taking the kids to the zoo and getting in some good walking, or just a walk around the neighborhood.
My goal for the month is to get into the gym three times a week and do at least a whole body weight routine of at least one exercise per main body part with at least some track walking afterwards.
This is above any hiking that I do with the family on the weekends.
My real goal is to get back to eating less carbs which convert to sugars too quick in my system to more fruits, vegetables, and protein.
I lost 35 pounds last year when my company did a weight loss challenge. I did 100 miles in 3 months while still putting back on 30 pounds. I am having a really hard time balancing my diet and my exercising around basically working for a start up company.
I bet the locker room here smells fucking awful. I just came to peep metal chix didn't think i'd have to be subjected to another out of control mod, you know it's my job to run y'all off right?
Don't lie, you're just trying to establish your presence here so when you apply to be Mod of this board and Birthday Parties you can claim to be a Regular.
And yes, the locker room smells bad. The ladies restroom smells like lavender and sunshine though. But the weird little trash can in the stalls is never emptied.
