Naps

I know that sleeping issues have been brought up a lot lately, but I was wondering how many naps your LO is taking? DD has only taken one nap the last three days. Is she too young to be switching to one nap?

We try to get two but somedays it's only one long nap and a cat nap!

We are down to usually one a day around 11-12. He sleeps for anywhere between 1.5-3 hours. If we go to the park in the afternoon and he's in the swing for more than 10 minutes, he will take a short nap for about 30 minutes then too.

We are still on 2 naps a day for about 2 hours each.

We are at one nap, because that's the schedule at day care. Its usually 1.5-2 hours (12-2 ish) Sometimes she will cat nap on the way home (10 minutes).

Its was an easy transition, but she goes to bed earlier now and sleeps better through the night.
