Well my betas came in from yesterday. They went from 11,802 on Monday (4w5d/20dpo) to 17,064 on Wednesday (5w1d/22dpo). So that's a doubling time of 90 hours, which at these levels should be normal. So I'm not out yet.
My only concern is why we didn't see a yolk sac yesterday. At 17,064 you should totally see one right? And even though I was 5w1d, they said the gestational sac measured 5w5d, so I should have seen the yolk sac by then right? Maybe this LO is just a slow grower? It's possible yeah?
Anyway, follow-up u/s is set for next Friday so I'm basically in limbo until then. Fx this little guy is just taking his time. (Though the limbo wait has never ended well for me so it's going to be hard to stay optimistic - I should be 6w3d at the u/s and so far that's right around the time I've lost my other ones).
Also, sorry for being such an AW this week. Thanks for putting up with me through this roller coaster week of hell!
