Flannel Crib Sheets?

As the weather starts to get cooler, I figured we should buy some flannel crib sheets for DS.  DH thinks that since he'll only be laying on top of the sheet it won't actually do anything to keep him warm.  Are they just a gimmick or should we get some?

    We have some velour sheets. They are thick, nice for winter. You could also just double up your sheets though.

    I would get some sleep sacks if you don't have any.

     Yes. I have a thicker sheet for DS for fall/winter. I always noticed him sleeping better once I switch to it.
     And, ditto to the sleep sacks.

    Yes the thicker sheets for cooler weather help a bit.  Not a ton, but they are def better than the thin cottons ones.  Those get pretty cold.
