  My twins are not here yet for a few more weeks but I bought the twins deluxe My Brest Friend and used it with my son because I hated the boppy when nursing him. I regret not buying this sooner. As soon as I got that thing home I tested it out and loved it. So I vote for that one so many features that I like about it and it's comfortable with lots of support.

  I wasn't able to tandem feed very often (just trying to get myself comfortable and both on and nursing at the same time was too much for me) but I had and loved the Twins Deluxe My Brest Friend pillow. Super firm, no babies sliding/sinking down like the Boppy. I found mine on sale through Amazon.
  
  ETA: The only thing I didn't like was that the lumbar pillow in the back got squished after a while so it didn't quite sit right.

  When I actually got a chance to tandem feed I used the Twins Brest Friend pillow and loved it! Didn't use it long enough to give you any negative feedback as I went to exclusively pumping due to latching issues with DD. Side note: the pillow is only $45 or so at Target which is a great price versus BRU that charges $80 or so.

  Twins Brest friend. I tandem them almost exclusively.
  
  At first I took off the back part but recently put it back on as they have gotten longer. I bf in bed and their feet were pushing against the headboard and they were popping themselves off all the time and it was super annoying. With the back pillow I have some more give.

  Another vote for the Twins Breast Friend. Even when I was just nursing one of them at a time it was super convenient and comfy. I also liked that it has that little pocket for a water bottle etc, it kept things handy when I felt like I couldn't really move too much for fear of breaking a latch.

  I use the Breast Friend Twin pillow and LOVE it! It is easy to use and comfortable. I highly recommend it. It makes tandem feeds simple.
