  So, I am of the opinion that day care homework is stupid.  It's not for the kid.  And honestly, I could not care less what the other parents at DC think of me.  So in my opinion, it's no big deal. 
  But on the other hand, I totally hate to lose, and always want to be the best at everything, ever.  So I totally get how you feel. 
  On the plus side though, M will not remember this.

  IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
  IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
  IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
  beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
  beta #2 11/28 = 2055
  Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!

  I would probably feel the same way even though it shouldn't matter what they think. Out of the 8 infants in the class, four of their mothers work at the daycare, two have moms who work part time, and one has a mom who works full time. I'm too busy taking care of other people's children and trying to teach them (and be the parent for some) to even think about "homework" DC gives.

  This! They are too young to even do it themselves!
  

  Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

  6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

  10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

  Really, I wouldn't worry about it.  Why is there homework for a 6 month old anyway?  If your kid is in daycare, doesn't that mean you might be too busy to do homework (because it is clearly for you and not the kid)?  What would have been better is if THEY made the poster at school and you could see it during the open house.  Having you make a poster for a baby class is pretty silly!

  Sorry you are feeling down. I'm totally with @laura1 on this post. You are a great mom, a silly DC poster is no reflection of this fact.

  Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
  Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!!

  I agree, it is a silly concept.... That's what I thought as well when they first gave it to us. But then when I saw how creative the other moms got - I felt a tad guilty! Plus, I actually really like my daycare, so I wasn't even annoyed with the fact that they gave us homework!

  Oh well, better luck next time. Such a stupid thing to feel bad over!

  Yeah, I would feel guilty too if other people did a better job than me.  But you can say you are just saving your creativity for when your kid is older and can actually get embarrassed by your efforts when you are helping with their homework in elementary school!
