Diarrhea, vomiting and fevers....o my!

Yup, DS has had all of this since his first flu shot yesterday. His fever hasn't dropped below 100 even on Motrin and he has had multiple blow out diapers this afternoon. Thankfully the vomiting seems to have stopped.
I am giving him lots of water, bland food, extra cuddles and Motrin every 6 hours. Anything else I can do?? He is all around miserable.
